Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) has published the result of LT Grade Teacher 2018 recruitment, for mathematics. UPPSC has published two lists on uppsc.up.nic.in. One contains list of candidates selected in assistant teacher (trained graduate) mathematics in female branch, and the other is for male branch.
The commission has also published a notification about the declaration of UP LT Grade result 2018. As per it, the selection was on the basis of 150 marks. The exam was held last year, on July 29. A total of 22,621 candidates had appeared in the male branch. And 7.069 had appeared in the female branch.
After evaluation of the exam that was held in 39 districts, the candidates who are selected is hereby announced.
In LT grade mathematics male branch, there were 561 vacancies. 398 candidates have been selected, and rest 163 vacancies have been forwarded (remains empty). In the female branch, there were 474 vacancies. Only 37 candidates have been selected in females and 437 vacancies are forwarded.
A total of 600 vacancies (163+437) are therefore vacant. Even now, there will be certificate verification, after which, more seats will go vacant because not everyone shows all documents and hence get rejected.
Candidates who had appeared in the LT grade teacher recruitment 2018 in July last year, can now go to uppsc.up.nic.in and click on the result links to check their roll number. The result contains roll numbers and names also.
As per candidates, those who have qualified are also receiving sms with congratulations message. Though UPPSC has not stated such an action in the notification.
There are two notes in the LT grade mathematics result 2018. First one says “The above mentioned result is subject to the final decision of the Hon’ble High Court in writ petition no. 17183/2018, Vijay Nath& another Vs. State of U.P. and others.” The second one says “The candidature of Mathematics Male Candidates (petetioners) is subject to the final decision of the Hon’ble High court in writ petition no. 13611/2018 Namo Narayan and others Vs. State of U.P. and others, writ petition no. 13663/2018 sanjay Kumar and 2 others Vs. State of U.P. and others, writ petition no. 13729/2018 Krishna Mohan Srivastava and 3 others Vs. State of U.P. and others, writ petetion no. 13651/2018 Mahendra Singh Yadav and others Vs. State of U.P. and others, writ petition no. 13713/2018 Raj Kumar and 4 others Vs. State of U.P. and others, writ petition no. 13701/2018 Rajesh Kumar Mishra and 4 others Vs. State of U.P. and others, writ petition no. 13590/2018 Vinod Kumar Mishra Vs. In the result for females also there are disclaimers. One says “The above mentioned result is subject to the final decision of the Hon’ble High Court in writ petition no. 17183/2018, Vijay Nath& another Vs. State of U.P. and others.”. Whereas the other says “The candidature of Mathematics Female Candidates (petitioners) is subject to the final decision of the Hon’ble High court in writ petition no. 12596/2018 Anjali Tripathi and others Vs. State of U.P. and others.”
In the UP LT Grade Teacher Recruitment 2018-2019, there were a total of 5,364 vacancies for men candidates, and 5,404 for female candidates. The temporary posts were eligible for a pay scale of Rs 44,900 – Rs 1,42,400.
