Uttarakhand Public Service Commission (UKPSC) has issued the admit card for Assistant Conservator of Forest (ACF) pre exam for exam to be held on November 3, 2019. UKPSC ACF admit card 2019 has been released today, at ukpsc.gov.in.
To download the admit card, one has to go to ukpsc.gov.in and click more link under recent updates section. Then click the link for admit card, which further brings two links, one for notification and for download. Clicking the download link redirects user to ukpsc.net.in.
On the next page, click “Click here for Assistant Conservator of Forest (Pre) Exam-2019 Admit Card”. Now three options will open. UKPSC ACF admit card can be downloaded via login only, but login can be done in any of the three ways provided.
Either login with email ID and password, or application number and date of birth, or name, father’s name, and date of birth.
Two days ago, the commission had published a list containing list of those candidates whose application forms have not been accepted. A total of 2,215 application forms have been rejected, mainly for fee not paid. Admit cards against these application numbers are not being issued.
For any one, admit card will not be sent by post.
Documents to be carried to exam center, reporting time, instructions, need to be followed as given in the admit card, and recruitment notification. Guidelines further announced at the exam centers should also be followed.
UKPSC will conduct ACF pre exam on November 3, 2019, from 10 am to 12 noon. Initially the exam date had been fixed as October 6, 2019. However the exam date was postponed since October 5, 2019 happened to be the date for panchayat elections.
The preliminary exam will be a 150 marks exam of 2 hours duration. There will be only multiple choice questions on general studies and general aptitude test.
Whereas the mains, to be held after result of prelims is declared, will have five different papers – first compulsory paper on general hindi, first compulsory paper on general english, third compulsory paper on general knowledge, first optional paper, second optional paper. The compulsory papers will be of 100 marks each. Whereas the optional papers will be of 200 marks each. All papers in mains will be of 3 hours each. It will be followed by 75 marks interview. It will be necessary to score 35% marks in hindi.
UKPSC ACF recruitment 2019 is for filling a total of 45 vacancies. This includes 25 vacancies for unreserved, 9 for SC, 1 for ST, 6 for OBC, 4 for EWS.
Assistant Conservator of Forest posts are filled usually by Public Service Commissions in different states. For example recruitment for ACF is conducted by UKPSC in Uttarakhand, UPPSC in Uttar Pradesh, BPSC in Bihar, OPSC in Odisha, and RPSC in Rajasthan. For the selection in Uttarakhand, there are prelims, mains, and interview.
