A new UBTER Group D recruitment 2019-2020 notification released, Apply online at ubtergd.in by January 4

Shortly after concluding the UBTER Group D recruitment process for civil and family courts, the Uttarakhand Board of Technical Education has published notification for Group D recruitment in high court of Uttarakhand, Nainital. UBTER has now undertaken the responsibility to conduct the recruitment process for group D (samooh gh) in the state high court in which there are a total of 37 vacancies; 6 each for SC, ST, 16 for OBC, and 9 for EWS.

UBTER Group D recruitment

UBTER group D recruitment 2019 notification and online application form are now available, for a fresh batch of vacancies. Online applications are invited for Group D in the high court of Nainital. For the same purpose, a recruitment advertisement has been released, vide Advt. no. 1297, published on the official website ubter.in and ubtergd.in.

Uttrakhand Board of Technical Education, UBTER started the application process yesterday, December 10, 2019, and the last date for the submission of online form is January 4, 2020. For the selection procedure, UBTER will conduct an examination which is scheduled to be held on February 2, 2020. 

UBTER is conducting the recruitment process for filling up a total of 37 vacancies, while taking into consideration the reservation of seats for the Scheduled Caste(SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Other Backward Class (OBC) and Economically weaker Section (EWS). 

From the total seats of 37, category wise there are 6 seats for SC, 6 for ST, 16 for OBC and 9 for EWS. Furthermore, these categories have seats for the open category, women, ex-servicemen and physically handicapped candidates, under them. 

 As per the recruitment guidelines, for a candidate to be eligible to apply, he/she should be an Indian National. As far as the educational qualification is concerned, a candidate should have at least cleared 8th standard to apply for Group D post. 

In terms of age, UBTER wants that the candidate should not be less than 18 years and not more than 42 years of age. The cut-off date for calculation of age of applicants is January 1, 2019. As per age relaxation criteria, SC, ST and OBC candidates age limit is relaxed by 5 years. For UK domiciled PH candidates, the same is 10 years. 

Details regarding the vacancies distribution, educational criteria, age limit and relaxation, application procedure, fee, salary and selection procedure along with the detailed advertisement is published on the official website, available at ubtergd.in or ubter.in. 

Candidates can refer to any of the two websites for the recruitment purpose, both are the official website. The website ubter.in is the one which carries information regarding all the ongoing event and recruitment related to different groups. While ubtergd.in is the one on which candidates can apply directly for the Group D recruitment, with all the detailed process of how to apply and pay the fee. 

While filling the form, candidates have to upload their scanned photograph of size between 20 Kb to 50 Kb and scanned signature of size in between 10 Kb to 20 Kb. The application fee for submitting the application form for the OBC candidates is Rs. 600 and for the SC, ST and EWS category the same is Rs. 400. There is no application fee for the physically handicapped candidates. 

The selection procedure of UBTER contains a written examination having all multiple choice objective type of questions for a total of 100 marks. The paper will have questions from the general knowledge, english, hindi, science, maths and Uttrakhand based knowledge. Exam takers will be given 2 hours of duration for completing the exam. The paper will follow a marking scheme of +1, -0, as there will be no negative marking in the paper for a wrong answer. 

UBTER will conduct the exam at the two specified test centers namely Dehradun and Haldwani for which the admit card will be released by the Uttarakhand Board of technical education on its website. 

For the final selection for the Group D post, candidates of general and EWS category have to bring 50% marks and SC and ST candidates have to secure 45% marks. UBTER in the cases of tie consider the higher age candidate for preparing the merit list.
