Telangana Social Welfare Residential Educational Institutions Society (TSWREIS) has published notification for admission to Centre of Excellence Colleges (COEs) for inter 1st year admissions.
TSWREIS inter admission 2020 online application form is available, prospectus is available for download, and all dates are available. The last date to apply online and pay fee is December 20, 2019. Candidates can download hall tickets from December 25, 2019. Then the first screening test is scheduled for January 5, 2020 from 10 am to 1 pm.
Candidates will be selected for 2nd level in a ratio of 1:3 and details of the same will be sent via sms and made available on the website on February 3, 2020. The second level test will be held on February 9, 2020, and its result will be announced on March 9, 2020. Selected candidates will get call letters from principals of COEs on March 30, 2020. Colleges will then reopen for academic session 2020-21 on June 1, 2020.
The first screening test will be held at 118 centers.
Students who are appearing in class 10th, that is SSC, public exam in March 2020 from CBSE or ICSE on regular basis can apply for the entrance exam. Of them, such students who get A1 to B2 grades in SSC are eligible for TSWREIS inter admissions.
Urban students whose parental annual income falls below 2 lakh, and rural students whose parental income is less than 1.5 lakh are eligible for this admission. Further it is required that their medium of instruction should have been either English or Telugu.
Students should be no more than 17 years old as on August 31, 2020. However SC students and SC converted Christian students will get a relaxation of 2 years.
In TSWREIS admission, 75% reservation is for SC, 2% for SC converted Christian, 6% for ST, 12% for BC, 3% for minorities, and 2% for OC/EBC.
1st level screening test will be of 160 marks, where each question will be MCQ type and be of 1 mark. ¼ mark will be deducted for incorrect answers. There will be 30 questions each from maths, physical science, bio science, social studies, and there will be 20 questions each from english comprehension and grammar, general knowledge and current affairs.
2nd screening test will be of 150 marks. It will be a descriptive test.

The first step then is to enter aadhar number, date of birth, contact number to sign up. Then follow the instructions that appear onscreen to fill all details in the form, upload documents. Both photograph and signature should be within 100 kb in size.
Application fee that needs to paid against the form is Rs 100, to be paid via internet modes net banking, credit card, debit card.
