Telangana State Public Service Commission (TSPSC) is going to release the TSPSC Group 2 Sevices notification 2019 in the month of May/ June 2019. The notification will be released on the official website of TSPSC, at tspsc.gov.in. The application process for the recruitment on various post will commence after the releasing of notification at the website only. There is no firm date for the releasing of the TSPSC Group II Services Notification 2019, yet.
The last time the Commission released the notification in the year 2016, on September 01. The total vacancies notified at that time was 1032 for various post, it was general recruitment. The candidates submitted an online application at the official website of TSPSC from September 02 to 23, 2016. The eligibility for each of the post was different, but the candidates whose age was between 18 to 44 years and possessed the graduation degree applied for the recruitment exam. However, the age relaxation was provided to the reserved category candidates.
To appear in the recruitment exam, the aspirants submitted their application form along with the application fee of Rs. 120/- as examination fee and Rs. 200/- as an online processing fee. The reserved category candidates of Telangana state were exempted to pay the application fee.
The recruitment held last time for the post of Municipal Commissioner Gr.III, Asst. Commercial Tax Officer, Sub-Registrar Gr.II, Extension Officer, Prohibition and Excise Sub Inspector, Deputy Tahsildar, Assistant Registrar, Executive Officer Grade-I, Assistant Labour officer, Assistant Development Officer in Handlooms & Textiles, Assistant Section Officer GAD, Assistant Section Officer, Assistant Section Officer in Law Department Secretariat.
Last time the Commission opted the General recruitment for all the post, and the candidates had to undergo the OMR based written examination and interview. The written examination was of 600 marks and the interview was of 75 marks.
Adilabad, Karimnagar, Warangal, Khammam, Hyderabad, Ranga Reddy, Nizamabad, Mahaboobnagar, Medak and Nalgonda were the examination center for the written examination.
The minimum qualifying marks for the written examination were 40% for OCs, and 35% for SC/ ST, and 30% for Physically Handicapped candidates. The final selection of the candidate was done on the basis of marks obtained in written exam and interview.
