Kakatiya University launched TS LAWCET 2018 online form today, on March 25, 2018. Applications are invited at lawcet.tsche.ac.in from eligible candidates. Applications without late fee will be accepted until April 25. Then until May 2, forms will be accepted with late fee of Rs 500. After that, with late fee of Rs 1000, one can apply until May 9. Then late fee becomes Rs 2000, and form can be submitted with that until May 16. Last date to apply with late fee of Rs 4000 is May 23.
Normal application fee, ignoring late fee amount, is Rs 500 for SC and ST category candidates, and Rs 800 for all others. Interested ones should fill application form of TS LAWCET 2018 now.
Telangana State Law Common Entrance Test (TS LAWCET 2018) is a state level entrance exam. If you are a class twelfth student in Telangana, and want to study law, then you need to appear in TS LAWCET 2018.
It is a 1 hour 30 minutes exam. In it, all questions will be multiple choice type. There will be 120 questions in all. Part a shall be on general knowledge and mental ability with 30 questions of 30 marks. Then part b will have current affairs having 30 questions for 30 marks. Then part C shall have questions on aptitude for the study of law for with 60 questions for 60 marks. Questions are printed in English as well as Telugu languages, making it convenient for all test takers. There is no negative marking in LAWCET TS.
Exam is scheduled to be held on May 25, 2018, from 11 am to 12:30 pm. If you are applying for LAWCET TS 2018, then you should start studying general knowledge and mental ability, current affairs, and aptitude for study of law, since this is the syllabus of exam.
Kakatiya University is looking after conduct of exam, on behalf of Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE). Centres of exam shall be located at regional centres. Regional centres in Telangana are hyderabad west (kukatpally, patancheru, gandipet, moinabad and surrounding areas), hyderabad north (medchal,gandimaisamma and surrounding areas), hyderabad central (abids, tarnaka and surrounding areas), hyderabad east (ghatkesar, keesara and surrounding areas), hyderabad south-east (l.b. nagar, hayathnagar, pedda amberpet, ibrahimpatnam,ramoji film city area and surrounding areas), karimnagar, khammam, kodad, nalgonda, mahabubnagar, warangal, nizamabad. In Andhra Pradesh, regional centres are tirupati, vijayawada, visakhapatnam, kurnool.
