Tripura Board of Joint Examination(TBJEE) has released a new notice on its official website, tbjee.nic.in for the candidates of Group C. As per the notice, candidates who belong to Group C won’t be allowed to leave the exam premises once the Biology paper is over. The candidates have to stay in their respective seats to write the next paper i.e. Mathematics. The notice also reads that Group A candidates will enter the exam hall at 2.15 PM for attempting the Mathematics paper. TJEE 2021 is scheduled for August 24, 2021, and will be held in three shifts for three papers. The first paper, Physics and Chemistry will be held from 11.00 A.M. to 12:30 P.M. The second paper Biology is scheduled from 1:30 to 2:15 PM and the last paper, Mathematics is going to be held from 2:45 – 3:30 P.M.

The board has divided the students undertaking the TJEE 2021 exam into three sections, Group A, Group B and Group C. The candidates aspiring for admission to Engineering colleges need to appear for Group A that has Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. The students who wish to take up a Medical course have to appear for Group B that has Physics, Chemistry and Biology. While candidates who wish to opt for all the subjects are kept in Group C.

The TJEE Exam 2021 is an offline test conducted in the OMR sheet mode. There are three subjects in the exam viz Physics and Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology. The language of the question paper will be bilingual, English and Bengali. Each subject will be divided into 10 modules having 3 questions each. For each question, the candidate is going to get 4 marks. There is also a provision of negative marking of 1/4th of the total mark per question i.e. 1 mark. Candidates need to mark the correct answer out of the four options available on the OMR sheet.

According to the official brochure released earlier, TJEE Answer Key will be tentatively out after 2 days of the exam. This implies that the answer key will be available on August 26, 2021. In a similar way, the result is expected at least four weeks after the exam is over which implies that the result can be out by the third week of September 2021.
