TNEB Gangman for 5000 Vacancies; Apply online from tangedco.gov.in

TNEB Gangman 2019 Aglasem

Tamil Nadu Generation and Distribution Corporation (TANGEDCO) has released the application form for the post of Gangman (Trainee) on April 25, 2019. The application form has been released at the official website i.e. tangedco.gov.in. Until May 30, 2019 candidates can submit the online application form. The recruitment will for total 5000 number of vacancies.

The candidates whose age is 18 to 35 as on July 07, 2018 and who have passed 5th standard those are eligible to apply. The candidates who are eligible and interested can apply for TNEB Gangman 2019 recruitment. The OC, BCO, BCM, MBC/ DC category candidates have to pay Rs 1000/- as examination fee and the candidates belonging to SC, SCA, ST category and destitute widow & differently abled persons have to pay the examination fee of Rs 500/-. The examination fee will be non-refundable.

The candidates can make the payment through bank challan, net banking, payment gateway, and debit / credit card. The candidates who want to make payment by using challan those have to first generate the challan online by selecting any one bank among the three banks namely; Canara Bank or Indian Bank or Indian Overseas Bank. The candidates have to submit the cash and generated challan copy at the selected bank by June 01, 2019.

The new user has to first register by providing candidates name, father’s name, nationality, gender, e-mail ID, communication address, mobile number, id number, etc then only he / she will be able to fill the application form. In the application form, candidates have to fill personal, educational, qualification, contact details, etc and have to upload marksheet, community certificate, priority certificate, photograph, signature, and thumb impression, etc. After filling and uploading the documents candidates have to make examination fee payment and then have to finally submit the form. The candidates must take the print out of the application form for future reference.

The candidates who will submit the application form on time those will be called for Physical Test. The PT will consist of pole climbing, fixing of cross arm, etc. The qualifiers of PT will be shortlisted for the competitive written examination. The candidates who have passed PT and appeared in the written examination will be called for certificate verification in the ratio of 1:1 (as per the marks obtained by the candidates in the written examination).

After verification of the original certificate, the eligible candidates will be shortlisted as per the eligibility, the merit of the marks in offline exam and rule of reservation. The final selection of the shortlisted candidates will on the basis of the number of vacancies reserved for different categories. The candidates who will be appointed for the post of Gangman those will be given consolidated pay of Rs. 15,000 per month.
