The NorthCap University (NCU) in supports of nation’s COVOD-19 warriors has introduced 5 additional seats for their children in all its programs of Engineering, Management, Law, and Applied Sciences for the academic year 2020-2021.

The last five weeks have been a tumultuous period in the history of our country. As the nation combats the COVID-19 crisis, The NorthCap University (NCU) has decided to contribute to help the frontline battling this pandemic. Nearly 15 million doctors, nurses, police personnel, military & paramilitary forces, journalists, and media persons have selflessly stepped up to keep the rest of India safe and informed.

The real heroes of this hour, are the millions of women and men risking their lives to keep Indians safe everywhere. To express solidarity, NCU faculty and staff had earlier donated one day’s salary amounting to Rs. 4.33 lakhs to the PM National Relief Fund. Additionally, for the coming admission year of 2020-2021, NCU has earmarked five seats in each of its programs for children of India’s corona warriors. Their children will also be eligible to apply for merit-based fee concessions / scholarships.

As a leading multi-disciplinary private university in North India, NCU has always striven to play a leading role in serving all our stakeholders with the highest education standards and experience. The COVID-19 pandemic has shown that educational institutions have a unique responsibility to the communities they serve. Full credit goes to NCU’s faculty and staff who responded swiftly by moving our classes online as early as March 16, 2020. As a result, the students of the university are in successful contact with their teachers from the safety of their homes.

The NorthCap University is recognised by the University Grants Commission (UGC), Government of India. It is also a National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) accredited University. The university offers undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in engineering, management, sciences, and law. Apart from that NCU is also known to have the best Engineering placement outcomes. In the past year of 2019, the placement rate was 92% in B.Tech, 100% for MBA, and 94% for law.
