St. Stephens College has postponed its registration process. It was scheduled to start from May 06, 2019, however, it is now going to start tentatively from May 18, 2019. The registration process for St. Stephens College is a unique process, as students first have to register at the DU Admission portal and only then they can proceed to fill in St Stephens 2019 Application Form.
As far as the DU Admission 2019 schedule is concerned, as per some newspaper reports, the application form shall be released on May 20, 2019. However, it can’t be true, unless, St. Stephens again postpones the registration date. The DU Admission 2019 Form shall release before 18 May 2019, most probably by the second week of May. This is so because it is clearly stated at the St. Stephens website, ststephens.edu that “prospectus, application and residence forms for St. Stephens College is going to release a couple of days before the DU announces its admission process”.
To apply for admission in St. Stephens, candidates need to submit the form by online mode only. Students shall have to pay an application fee of Rs. 150/- per course and the Residence application fee shall be Rs. 350/-.
In order to apply for St. Stephens, students have to firstly sign-up with the DU on their admission portal at du.ac.in. Complete the DU application process and pay the DU registration fees. Next, obtain a registration number, after which open the College registration section, Next, the candidates have to log in by entering their DU registration number and the registered e-mail (used in Delhi University portal) in the registration section of the College application form. Note that you will not be allowed to register on College portal if the Delhi University registration fee is not paid.
St. Stephens College offers admission in various UG and PG programs. Undergraduate (UG) courses offered are B. A. (Honours) in Economics, English, History, Philosophy, and Sanskrit. B. A. (Programme) with a range of subject combinations from the Humanities. B.Sc. (Honours) in Chemistry, Mathematics and Physics with a range of subject combinations from the Sciences. Students are also offered admission to the following postgraduate (M.A.) courses – Economics, English, History, Mathematics, Operational Research, Philosophy, and Sanskrit.
