After a completion of the entire day, SSC released the notification about non-availability of application form for General Duty Constable on July 22, 2018. The application form of SSC GD was supposed to be released on Saturday. The candidates were restlessly waiting for the application window to activate.
Sunday Staff Selection Commission released a notification which says, The submission of application form for the recruitment of Constable in CAPFs, NIA, SSF, and Rifleman (GD) in Assam Rifles Examination could not start on July 21, 2018, due to major technical issues in the new website of SSC.
According to SSC, the experts are working to resolve the problem as soon as possible. Also, it has released the new dates for submitting SSC GD Application Form. From July 24, Onwards the candidates will able to fill in the application form on ssc.nic.in.

The last date to fill the application form is August 24, 2018, till 05:00 PM. Means Commission will provide the span of one month to complete the application process. Four extra days are assigned to complete fee submission through SBI bank challan. But the challan must be generated before the last date of filling out applications i. e. July 24, 2018.
But those ones who are willing to make online payment, will have to finish the entire process prior to July 21, 2018.

Things you should know before filling out the form
Staff Selection Commission (SSC) provide the fee exemption facility to woman candidates, SC/ST, OBC, Ex-serviceman and PWD candidates. These candidates have to mark their category in the application form, otherwise, they will not get the facility of fee exemption.
The Commission is regretted due to delay in the application form and inconvenience bear by candidates.
