Today i.e. March 05, 2019 Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released the SSC CHSL 2019 Notification and Application Form at ssc.nic.in. SSC CHSL is conducted for recruiting the candidates to the post of Lower Divisional Clerk (LDC), Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA), Postal Assistant/ Sorting Assistant and Data Entry Operators for various Ministries/ Departments/ Offices of the Government of India. The SSC CHSL Application Form filling process has been started from today and it will last till April 05, 2019 by 05:00 p.m. Computer Based Test (Tier I) is scheduled to be conducted from July 01 to 26, 2019.
The candidates applying for Combined Higher Secondary Level, CHSL examination 2019 need to pay Rs 100/- as an application fee. SC/ST/PWD category candidates and women candidates are exempted to pay the application fee. Up to April 07, 2019 (05:00 p.m) candidates make the online payment and can generate the challan. Through BHIM UPI, Net Banking, by using Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, RuPay Credit or Debit cards candidates can pay the online fee payment. The candidates who prefer the offline payment mode those have to first generate the SBI Challan. By using the SBI Challan candidates can deposit challan at the nearest State Bank Of India (SBI). Candidates can deposit the fee through a challan by April 09, 2019 (during working hours of the bank). An application fee will be non-refundable.
Before filling the form candidates should first read the eligibility criteria because if the candidates will be ineligible and then to he/she will apply for the recruitment than those will be not considered for the further recruitment process. Candidate age should be between 18 to 27 years as on January 01, 2019. The candidates should have qualified the 12th standard or equivalent from the recognized board.
In the SSC CHSL Application Form 2019 candidates have to fill basic details like Adhaar Number, Type of ID, Name, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name, Date of Birth, Mobile Number, E-mail id, educational etc. and additional and contact details and have to fill the photograph and signature. The uploaded scanned photograph and signature should be on JPG format. The size of the photograph and signature should be between 4KB to 20 KB and 1 KB to 12 KB respectively.
The candidates who will do registration for SSC CHSL 2019 on time for those only SSC CHSL Admit Card 2019 will be issued. The admit card will be released at the official website. For each test separate admit card will be released by the commission.
Selection of the candidates for SSC CHSL 2019 will be done on the basis of tier I, tier II, tier III and document verification test. At first tier I examination will be conducted. The candidates who will qualify the computer-based examination (tier I) those will be called for the tier II examination which will be conducted on September 29, 2019. The candidate’s selection for tier II (descriptive paper) examination will be done on the basis of the performance of the candidates in the tier I exam. Then after that on basis of the candidate’s performance in tier I and tier II test (minimum 33% marks in the tier-II examination) those will be shortlisted for tier III (skill test/ typing test) examination. The candidates who will qualify the tier three examination those will be called for the document verification round. Normalized scores of the candidates will be used to prepare merit and for final selection.
