Symbiosis International Deemed University (SIU) will soon close the registration window for SNAP 2019, the Symbiosis National Aptitude Test (SNAP). The SNAP exam is for admission to MBA, MSc and MPH programs in constituent institutes of the Symbiosis International deemed to be university. Registration for SNAP is online, at the official website which is snaptest.org. The last date to fill the SNAP application form is tomorrow, November 23, 2019.
Coming to the SNAP 2019 registration process, the process is completely online except that fee payment has provision otherwise as well. The SNAP fee can be paid in both modes; online as well as offline. The whole process of SNAP registration 2019 contains four steps in total. First is registration for SNAP test, second is a fee payment, third is register for the institute programme and fourth is make payment for institute programme.
For registration, the first step is to go to the snaptest.org and click on the apply now button. Immediately, sign in and register window opens. Click on the register button for doing a new registration. Clicking it opens a list of instruction, read them thoroughly and proceed to click on the “I agree” button.
Now in the registration form, there are 3 sections of details needed to be filled. One is personal information, other is the selection of preferred test city and last is uploading of the photograph.
In the first section of SNAP registration form, one has to enter the application name, date of birth, mobile number, email id, category and stating whether or not a candidate is an NRI. In the second section, select the top three preferable exam city for SNAP 2019 and in the last section upload the recent passport size photograph. It should not be more than 3 months old and be in jpg, jpeg and png format of 10KB to 5MB. Click on save and continue button.
The OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number. Enter the OTP and candidate’s SNAP ID with the email id gets generated.
The next step for filling SNAP 2019 application form is to make the payment for registering for SNAP test. Click on the “make payment button”. The payment of Rs. 1750 is to be paid. Various online payment gateway are available such as online payment through billdesk payment gateway, through easebuzz payment gateway and Indian bank payment gateway. Apart from this SNAP test fee can also be done through demand draft.
Select the DD tab, print the payment advice form, get the DD from any nationalized bank. The DD is drawn in favour of “Symbiosis Test Secretariat” payable at Pune and send it to “Symbiosis Test Secretariat, Symbiosis International (Deemed University) Gram: Lavale, Tal: Mulshi Dist: Pune- 412115”.
The receipt number of the payment done gets generated. It must be noted that this fee (Rs 1750) is only for the SNAP test. Extra fee of Rs. 1000 per institute per programme is charged additionally.
The third step in the SNAP registration process is the filling of a detailed application form or part B of the registration form. One has to fill the work experience details, educational details, programme selection details and communication details. The form also contains some pre-filled information like personal information and preferred city details which one has entered in the initial registration.
The next step is to fill the FULL-TIME work experience details only. Part-time experience is not counted as candidates work experience. If one has 1 year of experience than enter 12 months as work experience.
Next is to provide the academic details. These include the highest qualification, name of the university, 10th class percentage and 12th class percentage. Also, enter the undergraduate education type.
After providing these details, the next step is to select the programme and institute one has to apply for. There are various MBA, MSc and MPH programmed offered by various institutes. At least select two programmes from the given list.
The next step in part B of the registration form is to provide the communication details. These include the address, city, pin code, phone number, state and email id. Preview all the details and save it.
The last and the fourth step in SNAP registration is to make the payment for the programme and institute selected. For every programme Rs. 1000 is charged. So if selected two, payment of Rs. 2000 is to be done.
Symbiosis International Deemed University will conduct the SNAP 2019 on December 15, 2019, and admit card will be available on December 2, 2019.
