RULET 2021 Application Form released; Rajasthan University to hold Law Entrance Test for BA LLB Admissions

Applications for RULET 2021 can be filled till September 30, 2021. The written examination is scheduled to take place on October 06, 2021.

RULET 2021 Application Form

The University of Rajasthan, Jaipur is inviting applications for Rajasthan University Law Entrance Test (RULET) 2021. Online application forms have been released yesterday, i.e. September 17, 2021, at uniraj.ac.in. The last date for submitting the forms is September 30, 2021. RULET 2021 written exam is going to be held on October 06, 2021, from 3 PM to 5 PM.

Interested candidates can now apply for RULET 2021 by following the steps given below.

Step 1- Firstly, visit the official website of the University of Rajasthan – uniraj.ac.in

Step 2- Scroll down the page and click on ‘RULET – 2021’ under the website links

Step 3- The univraj.org/RULET2021 page will open. Click on the ‘Fill Application Form for RULET-2021’ option

Step 4- Provide basic details like candidate’s name, father’s name, date of birth, etc. and follow the next steps

Step 5- During the registration stage, they will also be asked to upload scanned copies of the photo, signature and thumb impression

Step 6- Now, deposit the required registration fee after which the payment invoice will be generated

Step 7- Take a printout of the complete application form and the invoice for reference purposes.

Please note that the application fee for RULET 2021 is Rs 2000. Students who are bonafide residents of Rajasthan must have 50% marks aggregate marks in the qualifying examination (10+2/XII). Similarly, SC and ST category candidates should have a 45% marks aggregate in the qualifying examination (10+2/XII). However, students applying from states other than Rajasthan must have 60% marks aggregate in the qualifying examination.

Regarding the scheme of the test, candidates will have to appear for a written test of 300 marks followed by which a personal interview and group discussion of 15 marks each will be held. The total number of seats for B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) is 120 along with 12 seats which are reserved for the EWS category students. A total of 150 MCQs will be asked, each carrying 02 marks. However, there is no negative marking for incorrect answers. RULET 2021 syllabus includes Legal reasoning, English Language, General Knowledge and Current Affairs, Logical Reasoning and Quantitative Aptitude.  

Students will be admitted to the five-year B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) based on the RULET 2021 merit in the written test, personal interview and group discussion. The detailed syllabus for the examination is available on the website. Only those candidates who qualify for the written test will be called for group discussion and personal interviews. Every RULET 2021-related information will be posted on the official website. Students will not be sent information personally.
