Today, early in the morning, a pdf file claiming to be the RSMSSB Patwari notification 2019 was shared on social media. It is a 12 pages long document, with everything that Rajasthan Subordinate and Ministerial Service Selection Board (RSMSSB) usually publishes in its notifications. However the notification is not available on the official website rsmssb.rajasthan.gov.in.
As per the notification shared in social media circles, there are a large number of vacancies for the position of patwari. The first paragraph of the notification says that there are 3,850 vacancies. However the vacancy tables show that there are 3,850 vacancies for non TSP region, and 421 vacancies in TSP region, so that means a total number of 4,271 vacancies are there.
(Candidates may please note that this is unusual. Normally, the first paragraph of RSMSSB recruitment notifications tell both the numbers – vacancy for TSP and vacancy for non TSP. This notification, shared on social media, tells only one of them.)
Also, the age limit section in the notification says that candidate should be between 18 to 35 years old as on 1st January 2016. Again, it looks unusual. However the section explains that since patwari bharti was not held in 2018, therefore an extra year is being provided in the age limit to be eligible.
The notification says that the application form is supposed to be available online from today, and the last date to apply online is supposed to be November 10, 2019. RSMSSB will then, as per the notice, conduct preliminary exam for patwari bharti in the month of December. There will be a mains exam also after that.
Application fee is claimed to be Rs 650 for general, EWS candidates. It will be Rs 450 for OBC, SBC candidates of Rajasthan. And it will be Rs 350 for SC, ST candidates of Rajasthan.
Govt job seekers with class 12th pass qualification, with knowledge of hindi, and any one computer qualification among DOEACC O level, COPA / DATA / DPCS, computer science or application diploma, computer science or application diploma, RSCIT can apply as per the shared notification.
(Candidates should note that this also appears unexpected. As per news reports of last month, RSMSSB was going to change the eligibility criteria regarding computer qualification this time. Because last time, many candidates filed writ petitions to allow BE/B.Tech candidates to appear in patwari bharti.)
Last month, there were several news reports that Rajasthan patwari bharti 2019 will start soon for 3,835 vacancies. Ever since then, government job seekers of the state have been enquiring about when will the recruitment notification be released.
After a first glance at the shared notification, appears quite true. In fact considering that yesterday RSMSSB LDC typing test result got announced on social media first, and then came on the official website, it seems quite possible that the RSMSSB patwari notification 2019 may also come on social media first and will then release on official website.
However until now, neither has the notification, nor online form released at the official website. This has sparked a debate between candidates on whether the notification is real or fake. If the notification is true, then RSMSSB should release the recruitment notification for patwari posts and online form on the official website rsmssb.rajasthan.gov.in, in the next few hours.
