This recruitment is against sports quota. All the vacancies are in group C for level 2 to 5 positions in the South East Central Railway.
Vacancy division is on the basis of sports events, sportspersons of which, can apply against the given vacancies.
There is 1 vacancy each for athletics (m), athletics (w), basketball (m) forward, basketball (m) post, basketball (w) forward, basketball (w) post, boxing (w) 51 kg, boxing (w) 60 kg, boxing (w) 64 kg, cricket (m) wicket keeper, cricket (m) batsman, cricket (m) spinner, cricket (m) all rounder, handball (w) goal keeper, handball (w) centre back, hockey (m) goal keeper, hockey (m) defense, hockey (m) midfielder, kabaddi (m) right corner all rounder, kho kho (m) defender, volley ball (m). Then there are 2 vacancies each in badminton (m) single, and badminton (w) single.
Here basketball (w) forward, all boxing posts, all handball posts are in level 4 and 5. Whereas the rest are in level 2 and 3.
Candidates who wish to apply for this railway recruitment 2019-2020 should be 18 to 25 years old as of January 1, 2020. They should be either 12th pass or 10th pass with ITI for all level 2 and 3 posts. For level 4 posts, candidates should either have a graduation degree or they should have passed class 12th with physics and maths / stenography (hindi or english as per scheduled standards of railway recruitment). Whereas for level 5 posts, only graduates can apply. There is no age relaxation in upper or lower age limits.

There, click on RRC Bilaspur, and next, click sports quota. Minimum sports norms for recruitment of sportspersons against sports quota through open advertisement in different level for both team and individual events shall be as mentioned in details in online notifications.
As per the notification, online application form can be filled from 10 am of the starting date to 11:59 pm on the last date. Guidelines for applying as given in the notification and in the form should be adhered to.
Group C level 2 posts are eligible for grade pay of Rs 1900. The group C level 3 posts get a grade pay Rs 2000. Then group C level 4 posts ger Rs 2400. And group C level 5 posts are eligible for Rs 2800 grade pay.
