Railway Recruitment Board Kolkata is the first RRB to publish the result of RRB Paramedical recruitment 2019. RRB Kolkata has published the result at examprog.com. Although the official website of the board is rrbkolkata.gov.in, however when you go to the website, it automatically redirects to examprog.com.
RRB Paramedical result 2019 has been published in a pdf format. It contains the roll numbers of all candidates, post wise, who have been shortlisted for document verification and medical examination. A total of 359 candidates have qualified against 236 vacancies advertised for the board in CEN 02/2019.
Post wise qualified candidates are as follows: Staff Nurse – 230, Dialysis Technician – 4, Extension Educator – 2, Health and Malaria Inspector Grade III – 49, Lab Superintendent – 4, Optometrist – 3, Perfusionist – 2, Physiotherapist – 2, Pharmacist Grade III – 42, Radiographer – 12, Lab Assistant Grade II – 9.
RRB Kolkata says, “This list of shortlisted candidates for DV also includes 50% additional candidates (subject to availability of eligible candidates) for the posts over and above the notified/revised vacancies published on the websites of RRBs”.

RRB Paramedical Result 2019 announced – What next?
Now, first RRB will publish the schedule for DV and ME. will send call letters for document verification and medical examination to candidates who have been shortlisted for the same. Date, time, session, venue, instructions of DV, ME will be given in the call letter and website.
On the date of document verification, candidates must show original documents as well as two sets of xerox copies in A4 size, and the call letter.
With regards to the medical examination, RRB Kolkata says, “Regarding Medical Examination, candidates are advised that after completion of DV, medical examination will be carried out by Railway Hospital/Health Unit. Candidates have to pay the prescribed medical fee of Rs 24 only. There are no other charges to be paid to the Hospitals/Health Unit for the medical examination. In rare cases, where the investigation like CT Scan, Ultra Sound, tests to rule out refractive eye surgery etc., have to be carried out for which necessary facility is not available in the Railway Hospital/Health Unit, then for such investigation, candidates may have to make the requisite payment to the concerned laboratory/hospital”.
The other RRBs are expected to declare RRB Paramedical Result 2019 today or tomorrow. The recruitment is for 1,937 vacancies. The final answer keys were published very recently, from August 28 to 31. Previously, question papers with answers and responses were published from August 5 to 8. On the basis of objections received, questions found incorrect were dropped, and evaluation has been done for remaining questions and score is scaled up to 100 marks.
