RRB NTPC Application Form 2019 Releasing on 28 Feb; Application Fee and Details Here

RRB NTPC Application Form 2019

Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) will release RRB NTPC Application Form 2019 for CEN 01/2019 on February 28, 2019. The application form will release on the zonal website of 21 RRBs, at 10:00 hrs. The candidates can only apply online for Non-Technical Popular Categories (NTPC)-2019. The offline application form will not be accepted by Indian Railway.

The application fee for RRB NTPC 2019 is Rs. 500. However, the candidates belonging to SC / ST / Ex-servicemen / PwD / Females / Transgender / Minorities / Economically Backward Class need to pay Rs. 250. The fee amount can also be paid online and offline. The online mode to pay the application fee are Net Banking / Debit Card / Credit Card. Whereas, candidates can pay offline application fee through SBI Challan and Post Office Challan.

RRB has been refunding the amount of application fee to those candidates who appear for Computer Based Examination. Same shall be done for RRB NTPC Recruitment 2019. Candidates who will appear for the examination shall be refunded Rs. 400. However, to SC / ST / Ex-servicemen / PwD / Females / Transgender / Minorities / Economically Backward Class candidates RRB will refund the full fee amount, i.e. Rs. 250. The refund shall be transferred to the same bank account the details of which candidates submitted in the RRB NTPC application form.

In order to apply, the candidates will first have to choose one RRB. After choosing the RRB, the candidates will have to register by entering certain details like – name, date of birth, aadhaar card status, father’s name, mother’s name, class 10th marks, year of passing class 10th, mobile number, e-mail id, etc. After registration, the candidates will have to fill details in the application form, upload images, and pay the application fee.

Images to be uploaded in the application form of RRB NTPC are a photograph and SC / ST / PwD certificate (if applicable). The candidates have to scan both and upload it in jpg / jpeg format. The size of the photo should be between 20 kb to 50 kb and that of a scanned certificate should be between 50 kb to 100 kb. It is very important to make sure that the images are uploaded correctly in the application form.

RRB NTPC Recruitment is opening after 4 years. Last time, Indian Railway recruited Non-Technical Popular Categories was in the year 2015. A total of 92 lakh candidates applied for the exam. The maximum number of applications were from RRB Allahabad, 1484463. The second highest number of applications were from RRB Secunderabad and it was 1297605. It is expected that the number of applicants this year will go even higher.

This is the second round of Railway Recruitment. Indian Railway Announced more than 1.5 lakh vacancies for RRB Group D, ALP, JE, and RPF. Now, the Railway has issued a notice to fill 1.3 lakh vacancies this year.
