RRB Group D Admit Card Issued for 29 Oct Exam

The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has issued the Group D 2018 Admit Card for the 29 October 2018 examination. The admit card has been released for the registered candidates. The Board is conducting RRB Group D exam from September 17 to December 14, 2018. Admit card for each exam date is begin released 4 days before the exam date.

There are 04 basic steps by which a candidate can download their admit card. To download it, you need to first visit the official website of the RRB. The second step is to provide correct login details. Once you visit the official website, click on the link which says “Download Group D E-Call Letter”. Next, log in by providing detail like User Id and Password. The third step is to click on the “Login” button to submit the details. On submitting the login credentials, the admit card will appear on the screen. The last and final step is to download a copy of the admit card on the device and attach a printer to your respective device to take its print out.


It is to be noted the admit card RRB Group D Admit Card 2018 will not be sent to students by post.  A separate call letter for CET, PET and DV will be issued. However, a notification will be sent to the students about the admit card through e-mail or SMS. So, to receive the announcement about the admit cards, candidates should keep their mobile number active. It is to be noted that RRB has 16 different websites which are based zone-wise. So, candidates can download their admit cards from those different websites as per their selected zones.

It is mandatory for the candidates to take the print out of the RRB Group D Admit Card 2018, A Valid ID proof (Driver’s License/ Voter ID/ Aadhar Card/ PAN Card), and Passport size colored photograph (35 mm × 45 mm)

The admit card for RRB Group D will be comprising of some details Candidate’s Name, Date and Time of the Examination, Shift and Reporting time of the Examination, Address of the Test Centre, Candidate’s Signature, Candidate’s Photograph, etc.

As per the information provided on the official website, there are a total of 62907 number of vacancies in RRBs, out of which, about 4755 number of vacancies in RRB Ajmer, 6087 in RRB Ahmedabad, 2293 in RRB Bangalore, 3522 in RRB Bhopal, 4762 in RRB Allahabad, 1159 in RRB Bilaspur, 1532 in RRB Bhubaneshwar, 2979 in RRB Chennai, 7832 in RRB Chandigarh, 2577 in RRB Guhawati, 3388 in RRB Gorakhpur, 4625 in RRB Mumbai, 2367 in RRB Kolkata, 2525 in RRB Ranchi, 5981 in RRB Patna, 6523 in RRB Secunderabad.
