Railway Recruitment Board, Bhopal has published a tender notice for the work of engaging Exam Conducting Agency (ECA) for recruitment through Centralized Employment notification CEN RRC 01/2019. The detailed tender notice in regards to the aforementioned recruitment is published at the official website of the RRB i.e. rrbbpl.nic.in. On the other hand, the complete details of the tender can be checked from the railway procurement website i.e. Indian Railway E-Procurement System (IREPS) website ireps.gov.in. Prospective bidders are encouraged to visit the website and check the terms and conditions of the tender before registering at the IREPS website for participating in the bid.
The RRB has also indicated the schedule of important events related to the tender which was issued on September 18, 2020. The last date of submission of written queries for clarification is September 28, 2020. On the other hand, the pre-bid conference is scheduled to take place at the office of the RRB Bhopal on October 08, 2020, at 03.00 PM.
RRB Bhopal is going to release the responses and clarifications on pre-bid queries on October 23, 2020. Prospective bidders have to register on the IREPS portal to participate in the bid. Only e-tenders will be accepted. The last date and time for receipt of offers/bids through E-Tender online is November 02, 2020, at 02.00 PM. On the other hand, technical bids received in response to the tender will be opened from 03.00 PM on November 02, 2020. The exact date and time of opening of financial bids received in response to the tender are to be informed to bidders who achieve at least 75% technical score.
According to the detailed tender notice published by RRB Bhopal, the approximate cost of the work is Rs 353.98 crores (exclusive of GST). Prospective bidders must note that the non-refundable cost of the tender form is Rs 20000 bearable by bidders. The amount of the earnest money deposit is Rs 50,00,000. The maximum period of completion of the work is 2 years.
RRB Bhopal has published Tender Notice No. RRB BPL-CEN RRC-01-2019-ECA Dated September 18, 2020, for the work of engagement of ECA. The job role of the ECA post engagement includes conducting various stages of Computer-Based Tests as well as processes including preparation of results and panels for the RRB. The CBT and other tasks specified in the detailed tender advertisement is for recruitment to fill up various Level-1 posts in the Indian Railways. The Level-1 posts as per the 7th CPC Pay Matrix were earlier advertised through Centralized Employment Notification (CEN) RRC 01/2019. The notification is also available at the website of RRB Bhopal.
Prospective bidders are advised to go through the official advertisement before registering for the post. The cost of the tender document and EMD shall be deposited online through payment gateway facility available on IREPS portal. It must be noted that Application Management Agency (AMA) for CEN RRC 01/2019 are not eligible to participate in the tender.
