The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has started the facility for the objection tracker from today. The candidates can now download the RRB ALP Answer Key and submit objection(s) in the key. The link for the objection tracker was unavailable due to the heavy traffic load and site maintenance. The candidates should submit the objection in the answer key till September 25, 2018.
To avail the facility of the objection tracker, the candidates need to visit the official website of the RRB. Then, click on the link which says “Click Here for Objection Tracker”. A new page will open in which the candidates should read all the instructions carefully and proceed by clicking on “Login to raise objection” button. Next, the candidates need to enter details such as User ID and User Password. Click on the Login button to submit the details.
On submitting the correct login credentials, a new tab will open in which the candidates can download the answer key for RRB ALP 2018. The candidates should use the answer key and start cross-checking their answers with that given in the key. The calculation of the marks should be done as per the marking scheme provided by the Board.
If a candidate is not satisfied with response marked against a question in the RRB ALP Answer Key, he/she can submit the objection by clicking on the “Objection tab”. The candidates can challenge the answer key through online mode only. Objection submitted by post, fax or any other medium will not be accepted.
To submit the objection, the candidates need to choose the Question ID from the drop-down menu, the type of question, explain why the selected question ID is incorrect and what could be possible correct answer for that question ID.
The RRB appoints the Subject experts which will review the objections submitted by the candidates. Those who will submit the objection without relevant proof will not be taken into consideration.
If the proof submitted by the candidate is found to be correct, the Board will make necessary changes in the Provisional key and will then publish a Final Answer Key. The candidates should note that this final answer key will be the basis for the evaluation of the RRB ALP Result.
The RRB conducted its First stage, i.e. Computer-based test from August 09, 10, 13, 14, 17, 20, 21, 29, 30, 31, 2018. To qualify the First stage, the candidates need to obtain a minimum percentage of marks as per their category. The cutoff marks for General Category is 40%, 30% for OBC, 30% for SC, and 25% for ST.
