Reserve Bank of India is expected to release the cut-offs for the Office Attendant recruitment exam held on August 09 & 10, 2021. The test was conducted to fill up 841 vacancies for the post of Office Attendant this year. As per previous year trends, the result and cut-off marks releases online at the official website i.e. rbi.org.in. With the results expected to release anytime now, candidates who took the test are eager to know the cut-off marks.
The RBI will release the Office Attendant 2021 Cut-Offs on the website along/after the release of the result. Candidates will be able to check state-wise, category-wise and subject-wise cut-offs for the exam online as soon as it releases. Till then, analysis of the cut-off marks from previous iterations of the exam indicates that the expected cut-off for General category is in the range of 90-95 marks out of 120. For OBC and EWS, the expected cut-off marks out of 120 is in the range of 85-89 and 82-87 respectively.
For SC and ST category, the expected cut-off out of 120 marks is in the range of 77-82 and 75-80 marks respectively. On the other hand, for Ex-Servicemen, the expected cut-off marks out of 120 marks is in the range of 65-70. For PWD category, the cut-off marks out of 120 is expected to be above 70.
Subject-wise, the expected cut-offs for General category are 23-6, 21-24, 22-25 and 22-26 for the papers of General Awareness, Reasoning, English Language and Numerical Ability respectively. Similarly, the cut-off marks in these subjects for the OBC category is expected to be in the ranges of 20-24, 20-25, 21-24 and 21-23 respectively. Candidates belonging to SC and ST categories can expect the subject-wise cut-offs in these papers to be in the ranges of 19-22, 18-21, 19-23 & 20-23 and 18-23, 16-20, 18-22 and 19-21 respectively.
Zone-wise, the cut-off marks out of 120 is expected to be at least 90 marks or above for the zones of Bhopal, Chandigarh, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Kanpur, Lucknow and New Delhi. The highest cut-offs are expected to be prevalent in the zone of Hyderabad touching almost 100 marks out of 120.
Candidates can get an idea of the RBI Office Attendant cut-offs by looking at the previous year cut-off marks. In the 2017-2018 Office Attendant recruitment examination, the zone-wise cut-off marks for Unreserved category was 80 for Ahmedabad, 77.75 for Bengaluru, 83.25 for Bhopal, 84.50 for Bhubaneswar, 87.50 for Chandigarh and 83.50 for Chennai.
For the regions of Guwahati, Hyderabad, Jaipur and Jammu, the cut-offs in 2017-2018 exam for the unreserved category were 77.25, 87.00, 85.75 and 80 respectively. Similarly for the zones of Kolkata, Mumbai, Nagpur, New Delhi and Patna, the cut-off marks for the unreserved category were 86.50, 74.25, 80.00, 85.75 and 86.25 respectively.
