There is a total of 161 vacancies which is advertised by RBI.
Portal for online applications will be open from tomorrow i.e. 03 May 2017. Candidates have to apply online for RBI Grade B Officer Recruitment 2017.
RBI Grade B Officers Salary
As of now RBI basic pay is of Rs. 35,150/- p.m. in the Scale of Rs. 35150-1750(9)-50900-EB-1750(2)-54400-2000(4)-62400. Officers will also be eligible for Dearness Allowance, Local allowance, House Rent Allowance, Family allowance, and Grade Allowance as per rules in force from time to time. At present, initial monthly Gross emoluments are approximately Rs. 65,789/-
Age Limit – 21 – 30 Year ( as on 01 Jul 2017)
Education Qualification – A minimum of 60% marks or an equivalent grade in Bachelor’s degree.

Selection Procedure of RBI Grade B Exam 2017: There will be Online Examinations and interview.
- Phase I Prelims Exam
- Phase II Mains Exam
- Phase III Interview
RBI Grade B Phase (I) Exam 2017 is qualifying in nature. Candidate who will be qualify prelims exam result will selected for the mains exam.
RBI Grade B Phase (II) Mains Exam 2017 is only for the those candidates who are shortlisted on the basis of results of Phase-I. Fresh Admit Cards will be issued for this page. The Phase-II examination will be in shifts.
Candidates will be shortlisted for the RBI Grade B Interview, based on aggregate of marks obtained after Phase-II.
Attempts restrictions : Candidates belonging to unreserved i.e. General Category, who had already appeared Six times for Phase-I Examination for this post in the past, are not eligible to apply.
