Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has released the online application form for the recruitment of grade B officers 2019 to fill 199 vacancies. To apply online for RBI Grade B 2019, candidates have to go to rbi.org.in. Then click “Opportunities@RBI” under more links. Then click vacancies link under current vacancies. Tap the text “Recruitment of Officers in Grade B- DR (General), DEPR/DSIM-2019” to reach the RBI Grade B notification 2019, and there, click online application.
Documents to fill the online form are scanned photograph, signature, left thumb impression, a hand-written declaration. Photograph should be 4.5 cm by 3.5 cms. Signature should not be in capital letters. Thumb impression should not be smudged. The text of the declaration to be uploaded is “I, _ (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required.”
The first step in registration for RBI Grade B recruitment 2019 is to fill name, contact details, email ID. This generates a provisional registration number and password. They are displayed on screen, sent by email and sms. Then enter all the details asked for in the RBI grade B apply online 2019 form. Then upload photo, signature, thumb impression, declaration. Check that all the details in form are correct, pay fee, and submit it.
Application fee and intimation charges for general, OBC, EWS candidates are Rs 850. SC, ST, PWBD candidates have to pay Rs 100 as intimation charges only.
Whereas RBI Grade B Apply Online 2019 link has been activated on September 21, today, the last date to register and pay fees is October 11.
Candidates who have secured 60 % or 50 % in case of SC / ST PWD in Bachelor’s degree as well as in 10th and 12th examiantion are eligible to apply for RBI Grade B recruitment. Candidates with a masters degree in Economics / PGDM/ MBA in Finance are eligible to apply for Grade ‘B’ (DR)- DEPR. While those with a masters degree in Statistics / Mathematical Statistics / Mathematical Economics / Econometrics / Statistics & Informatics can apply for the post of Grade ‘B’ (DR)- DSIM. Besides that, one should be in an age group of between 21 to 30 years.
The selection of the candidates will be done through online examinations in Phase I and Phase II followed by a Interview. RBI will conduct the phase I exam on November 09, phase II exam for the post of grade B general will be held in December 01, and that for DEPR, DSIM on December 02.
Candidates on appointment as a grade B officer, will be entitled with a basic pay of Rs 35,150 monthly in a pay scale of Rs 35150-1750 (9)-50900-EB-1750 (2)-54400-2000 (4)-62400 and they will also be eligible for numerous allowances such as dearness allowance, local allowance, house rent, family allowance and grade allowance from time to time.
