Rajasthan BSTC 2019 to be held on 26 May; Apply Online from 14 March

Rajasthan BSTC 2019

The National Council For Teacher Education (NCTE) and the State Govt. of Rajasthan will conduct the Rajasthan BSTC 2019 entrance exam on May 26, 2019. The examination will be held at the state level, from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm. The notice for the Pre D.El.Ed exam has been released in the local newspaper. The candidates aspiring to take the exam can apply from March 14, 2019. The last date to apply is April 10, 2019, until 12:00 hours.

Only those candidates can apply for Rajasthan BSTC 2019 who fulfill the eligibility criteria. The basic criteria for the examination are that the candidate should have passed class 12th, with a minimum of 50% marks. However, ST / SC / PwD / OBC / Female candidates only need 45% marks in class 12th in order to be eligible to take the exam. The age limit for the examination is 28 years, as on July 01, 2019.

The application form for BSTC 2019 will only be released online on education.rajasthan.gov.in/elementary. The candidates will have to submit the application fee by April 08, 2019, or the form will not be accepted. The amount of application fee is Rs. 400 for one paper, however, candidates who will apply for more than 1 paper will have to pay Rs. 450.

The fee amount can be paid through e-Mitra, net banking, credit card, debit card, etc. To apply for Rajasthan BSTC 2019, the candidates will have to register by submitting basic details. Once done, the form will open and in it, the candidates will have to furnish their personal, educational, and other details.

Candidates who will fill the application form properly will get the admit card of Rajasthan BSTC 2019. It will be issued online and to download it, the candidates will need registration number and password. It will be mandatory for the candidates to carry the admit card on the exam day, that too as a print copy. The e-admit card will not be accepted.

Rajasthan BSTC is also called as Pre BSTC now. It is an entrance exam for a certificate course in teaching. The exam is held offline, in pen and paper mode. The candidates get 3 hours to attempt the question paper, in which 200 questions are asked. Each question of 3 marks and there is no negative marking in the exam. The questions are asked from Mental Ability, General information of Rajasthan, Teaching Aptitude and English / Hindi / Sanskrit. The language is optional and the candidates have to specify it during the application form filling. The syllabus of the Rajasthan BSTC entrance examination is as follows:
