The National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) has released the BSTC 2019 Application Form on March 18, 2019. The application form has been released online at the website, bstc2019.org. The aspirants should note that the last date to submit the Rajasthan BSTC 2019 Application Form is April 10, 2019. However, the candidates need to pay the Application Fee until April 08, 2019.
The students have to pay an amount of Rs. 400 for General category candidates who will apply for one subject. However, candidates who wish to apply for BSTC Sanskrit as well need to pay Rs. 450. The application fee is payable by Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Net Banking/ e-Mitra. On the basis of the details filled over the application form, a candidate is further issued Rajasthan BSTC 2019 Admit Card tentatively, on May 20, 2019.
Candidates need to complete 4 major online application steps, namely online registration, filling up the application form, uploading scanned images of the documents and paying off the application fee. Note that, the size of the scanned images should be – 50 KB for the uploaded photograph and 50 KB for the uploaded signature. All the applicants are advised to keep the following documents ready to make the application process easier – valid email id, mobile number, marksheet details, government ID proof, caste certificate details and scanned images of photograph and signature.
It is advised that the candidates must ensure that they fulfill the eligibility criteria before proceeding to apply for the entrance exam. There is an age limit for the candidates to apply for Rajasthan BSTC entrance exam 2019. The candidates should not be more than 28 years of age as on July 01, 2019. As far as the educational qualification is concerned, the candidates who wish to apply for Pre D.El.Ed should have passed 10+2 exam, securing a minimum of 50% marks for General category candidates (whereas 45% marks in case of SC/ ST category).
Rajasthan BSTC is also known as Pre D.El.Ed. Examination which is going to be conducted in pen and paper based mode on May 26, 2019 between 02:00 PM to 05:00 PM. Candidates need to attempt 200 questions from Mental Ability, General information of Rajasthan, Teaching Aptitude, English, Hindi or Sanskrit sections in a duration of 3 hours. For every correct answer, a candidate is awarded +3 marks, whereas no negative marking scheme is applicable.
Last year, the cut off marks for this state level exam was different for different category candidates. As the cut off marks depends on the number of applicants, every year. Let’s see whether, this year, the number of applications increase, thereby making the cut offs soar!
