Railway Cancels RRB NTPC 2019 Vacancies for DLW; Gives Applicants Chance to Modify

Railway Cancels RRB NTPC 2019 Vacancies for DLW Aglasem

Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has cancelled all the vacancies in RRB NTPC 2019 (CEN 01/2019) for Diesel Locomotive Works (DLW). There were 69 vacancies under DLW Varanasi. Candidates who have filled the application form for RRB Allahabad can log in with their registration number and date of birth. The modification in the preference of the post can be done from April 15 to April 30, 2019. Students are not required to pay any kind of modification fee to make changes for the post applied.

To make changes in the RRB NTPC Application Form 2019, go to the zonal website of the RRB for which the applicant has filled the form. Now, navigate to the link of “Change of Post Preferences for DLW opted candidates”. Next, enter the registration number, date of birth and captcha. After filling up the details, click on the “Login” button. Make the necessary changes in the posts of RRB NTPC 2019.

Candidates who have chosen the Diesel Locomotive Works (DLW) under RRB Allahabad can now choose the post preference of Northern Railway (NR) and Northern Central Railway (NCR). If in case, the candidate does not want to make changes in the post then, the post preference chosen at the time of filling of application will be considered. Consequently, all the Diesel Locomotive Works (DLW) will be deleted.RRB NTPC 2019 DLW Vacancies Canceled

The Board also released the RRB NTPC Application Status, for the candidates who have filled the application form. Through it, candidates get to know that their application form is accepted or rejected. If the application form is accepted then, the status displayed is positive. In the case of a form rejection, the displayed status is negative and the reason for the form rejection is also mentioned. Candidates whose application form is rejected will not be eligible to take part in the recruitment process.

RRB NTPC Recruitment 2019 involves four stages CBT 1, CBT 2, Skill Test / Aptitude Test followed by the round of document verification. The Computer Based Test Stage 1 and 2 is for all the candidates irrespective of the posts applied. The CBT 1 will be a screening test and the questions will be asked as per the educational standard specified for each of the posts. The candidates who will obtain the cut-off marks in the CBT stage 1 will only be eligible to undergo CBT 2. The board will also normalize the marks obtained by the candidates.

The RRB NTPC 2019 is open for 35277 vacancies. Out of which 10628 are for RRB NTPC Under Graduate and 24649 are for RRB NTPC Post Graduate posts. The final appointment of the candidates will only be done after passing the medical exam conducted at the railway hospitals. Candidates clearing all the rounds successfully will be recruited on the pay scale of 7th CPC.
