The Punjab School Education Board has revised the PSEB 12th Date Sheet 2019 on January 16, 2019. Earlier the board exams for Class 12 were about to be started from March 01 to March 27, 2019. But the Punjab Board has changed the exam dates. So, now, the PSEB board exams for class 12 will be conducted from March 01 to March 29, 2019. The date sheet is available for Humanities, Science, Commerce, and Agriculture Groups. Candidates can download it at pseb.ac.in.
To download the date sheet, the students can visit the official website. On the homepage, the candidates can see the link of “Revised Punjab Board 12th Date Sheet 2019“. After clicking on the link, the students can get the date sheet. It contains the exam date, exam day, stream’s name, the timings for the exams, subject code, subject name etc.
Practical exams for class 10 and class 12 will be held from April 04 to April 10, 2019. The practical exam dates are the same for the open school students of class 10 and 12.
For Class 12 students, the Punjab Board will conduct the exams from 2:00 pm to 5:15 pm. So, the candidates will get 3 hours to complete the exams. In the beginning, the students will get 5 minutes to fill the details on the answer sheets and 10 minutes for reading the question papers. After that, the students will be able to write the answers.
Along with class 12, the Punjab Board has released the date sheet for class 10 on January 11, 2019. The board exams for class 10 will be conducted from March 15 and April 02, 2019. The first and the last exams will be of Punjabi A And History of Punjab & Culture and Physical Education respectively. The exams will be held in the morning shift i.e. from 10:00 am to 1:15 pm.
Last year, the board exams for class 12 will be held from February 28 to March 24, 2018. For class 10, the board exams will be conducted from March 12 to March 31, 2018. As per this years’ date sheet, the board exams for class 12 is being conducted earlier. For the convenience of the candidates, the board is conducting the board exams a bit sooner so that the candidates would get the result earlier sooner too.
Punjab Board is the state level board situated at “The Land of Five Rivers”. Punjab School of Education Board was established in the year 1969. It is well known as PSEB. It is responsible to design the curriculum and course pattern and also regulates the education policies in the affiliated schools. It conducts the exams of Matriculation and Senior Secondary of Punjab and also releases the result. Every year, lakhs of students take part in the examinations. The board manages all the activities related to the exams of Class 10 and 12.
