There are various official websites where PSTET 2019 notification may come – pseb.ac.in, ssapunjab.org, eproc.punjab.gov.in, educationrecruitmentboard.com. However there is no notification on any of the websites. No notification has been published in newspapers also yet.
However there is no certain way to say that it is a fake notification, because sometimes inter department letters or notifications get leaked on social media first. Even then, candidates who are actually preparing for PSTET or any TET, and want to appear in PSTET 2019 should only refer or apply when official notification appears in any of the official websites.

This includes releasing Punjab teacher recruitment notification for at least 15,000 vacancies, removing the 55% marks requirement in graduation criteria, relaxing the upper age limit of 42 years.
The members also demand that teachers on extension be relieved and instead vacant posts in schools should be filled afresh. Also, it has been asked that vacancies get filled in schools, recruitment process get completed in a given time, and that there be 1:30 teacher to student ratio upto secondary level. The government has also been requested, by the members, that unemployed candidates get Rs 2,500 unemployment allowance per month.
Last month, reports came in that the state government (of Punjab) had initiated processes to start recruitment to around 19,000 vacancies. Around 2,500 vacancies of teachers are included in it.
