PGIMER Releases M.Sc / M.Sc MLT 2019 Application Form; Last Date to Apply is November 11, 2018

The Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER) Chandigarh has released the online application form for its M.Sc / M.Sc MLT January 2019 academic session. PGIMER 2019 application form for the said has begun from today, i.e. October 13, 2018, onward and will extend till November 11, 2018. Desirous and eligible candidates can apply from the official website: pgimer.edu.in.

The theory exam date for PGIMER 2019 M.Sc / M.Sc MLT is December 02, 2018. Post the declaration of result for the theory exam, shortlisted candidates will be called in for Clinical / Practical examination on December 04, 2018.

PGIMER 2019 extends admission under various courses for its January 2019 session and July 2019 session. The application form for PGIMER 2019 will have two payment options. Candidates can either pay the fee online or can opt for the Bank Challan mode of fee payment.

Eligible candidates can visit the official website and click open M.Sc / M.Sc MLT programme to proceed with the online registration. Candidates will have to provide a working mobile number and a valid email ID to register online for PGIMER 2019 M.Sc / M.Sc MLT application form. The contact details to be given must be in working for intimation of Candidate Application Number will be done on the details provided by the candidate. The candidate-specific ‘Application Number’ must be used to login and complete the online registration process.

After the registration part is over, the candidates need to fill in other necessary information in the Application Form. Fill in Personal Information, Educational Qualification details, etc. Also, the aspirants will have to upload scanned images in the PGIMER 2019 Application Form. The images to be uploaded in the form should be as per the specification.

Candidates must upload a recent colored passport size photograph in the Application Form

Upload a scanned photograph and signature in jpg/jpeg format only and other relevant documents in jpg/jpeg/pdf format only. The file size of the Photograph should be between 15kb to 50kb, Signature should be between 5kb to 20kb and that of other certificates/documents should be between 50kb to 300kb.

Once the candidates complete as mentioned, he/she will then have to complete the last step of the application process, which is, payment of fee. To submit the application form, the candidates have to pay a requisite amount of application fee for M.Sc./ M.Sc. MLT, whichever they have applied for.

The application fee for M.Sc. MLT programme for all candidates is Rs. 1000/-, whereas, those who wish to apply for M.Sc programme, need to pay an amount of Rs. 1000/- in case of General/OBC candidates, and in case of SC/ ST category, the aspirants have to pay Rs.800/-.

The candidates can pay the application fee at any branch of State Bank of India. The payment for the application fee can be made on the second working day of submission of the Online Application form and generating the Bank Challan.

One important point that the candidates should note is that details such as Candidate Name, Father’s Name, Date of Birth, Email ID and Mobile number once submitted cannot be changed. Hence, before finally submitting the application form, verify that the details submitted are correct or not.
