The registration for the PGDBA programme jointly offered by IIM Calcutta, IIT Kharagpur, and ISI Kolkata is closing on January 03, 2019. The online application form will not be available after the scheduled deadline. Candidates need to submit the form and fee to complete the application process. The examination fee is Rs 2000/- and Rs 1000/- for Unreserved and reserved categories respectively.
The application form is a 6 step process. It includes filling the Personal details, academic & work experience details, uploading of photograph & signature, payment of fees, print out of form and application status. Candidates also need to upload date of birth and academic proofs. There are some students who are facing problem while filling the application form. While uploading the documents, candidates must make sure that they are submitting the documents in the proper format. The width for the photograph and signature must be between 130px-150px and 150px-300px respectively. For the height, it must be between 175px-200px and 50px-100px respectively. Candidates can fill the form in multiple sessions As there are only a few hours has been left for the registration window, fill the form without any delay.
In order to be eligible for the entrance test, shortlisting, and final admission, a candidate must clear the basic eligibility. It is necessary to have a minimum of 15 years of qualification with atleast 50% aggregate or 6.5 CGPA in the qualifying degree. For SC/ ST/ PWD candidates, there is a relaxation of 5% aggregate and 0.5 CGPA.

The first step to pursue PGDBA is to clear the written test. It is 3 hours duration exam with 50 multiple choice questions. There are four sections naming Verbal Ability, Logical Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, and Data Interpretation & Data Visualization and have 15, 05, 25, and 05 questions respectively.

All the questions in the exam carry 3 marks and negative 1 mark for the incorrect answers. For the preparation of the exam, candidates can refer to 11th and 12th NCERT Books. Also, the sample questions are available on the website to know the type of questions that appear in the PGDBA test.
Candidates clearing the written round are called for Personal Interview (PI). For the final admission, institutes also consider work experience and academic performance. Once the final result is available, candidates will study for 6 months in each of the three institutes. Last, the cycle would consist of industry experience. The course fee for 2 years is Rs 20 Lakhs.
