Council of Higher Secondary Education (CHSE), Orissa has announced class 12th result. Class 12 Arts and Commerce result got declared today. Class 12 Science was released earlier this month. Earlier it was announced in the press conference. Afterward, the result was released on official website i.e. chseodisha.nic.in and orissaresults .nic.in. It has been announced around 10:30 am on June 9, 2018. However, the result link on the official website became active around 11 am. Those who have not checked yet can check it now.
Students can access their result of commerce and arts stream via official website i.e chseodisha.nic.in. They have to click on the result link available on the homepage. Further enter your details like roll number, name etc. Submit the entries and your result will appear on the screen. Download it and take out its printout for further perspective.
Students can also check their result through SMS service. They need to type their stream whether Commerce or Arts with roll number and send it to 56263. The result will be sent to the prescribed mobile number.
If students face some technical problem while checking the result via the official website. They need not panic as they can also avail the result through results.nic.in, examresults.net/odisha, odisha.indiaresults.com etc.
Around 3,80,707 students appeared for the Orissa Class 12th examination. Examinations were held from March 6 to March 29, 2018. These were conducted across 1,504 colleges across the state. Although CHSE has already announced the class 12 Science results on May 19, 2018. Now its time for Arts and Commerce results.
Approximately 77.98 percent passed the Science examinations. Out of 95,096 who wrote the examination, 73,211 passed it. Nayagarh district was a top performer in districts with 92.23 pass percentage. While Gajapati lowest with 43.4 percent.
Council of Higher Secondary Education came into existence on October 23, 1982. It imparts Senior Higher Secondary education in the state i.e.Class 11 and 12. The Council was formed to regulate, impart and develop Higher Secondary Education in the state. The board conducts examinations every spring. Moreover, results are announced in May or June.
