National Testing Agency (NTA) has issued JNUEE and CEEB 2019 Admit Card on its official website, ntajnu.nic.in. Candidates who had applied for Jawaharlal Nehru University Entrance Examination (JNUEE) or Combined Entrance Examination for Biotechnology (CEEB) before April 18, 2019, can download their admit cards for the exam. To download it, a candidate requires to enter their application number, password and captcha code, appearing on the device’s screen.
JNUEE 2019 is scheduled to be conducted between May 27 to 30, 2019, while CEEB 2019 is going to held on May 30, 2019. On the day of exam, a candidate needs to carry a copy of this admit card, along with a valid photo identity proof. So, a candidate needs to make sure all the details printed on the JNUEE 2019/ CEEB 2019 Admit Card are correct. Such details are candidate’s name, father’s name, enrollment number, course opted for, exam date, time and center, along with some general instructions.
If a candidate is not able to download JNUEE/ CEEB admit card in online mode, he/she must contact the University representative or the center in-charge, at the earliest possible. The authorities will not be entertaining any last minute requests, regarding this. Moreover, if a candidate forgets his/her application number, he/she must look for the same in their registered email ID and SMS. There, a candidate will find the confirmation mail, provided to every applicant after successful registration.
JNUEE 2019 will be conducted in online mode for a duration of 3 hours. Candidates have to attempt objective, multiple choice questions from its related topics for a total of 100 marks. English language is the medium of exam, except for language specific JNUEE. Selection of candidates for BA, MA, MSc, MTech, COP and DOP programs are totally based on this entrance exam.
CEEB 2019 will be held in LAN Based Computer Based Test for a duration of 3 hours. Questions asked in the exam will be objective type and the paper will be of 240 marks. The marking scheme followed is +1 marks for every correct answer, provided in Section A, whereas +3 marks for every correct answer, provided in Section B.
This is the first time, National Testing Agency(NTA) has taken up the role of conducting JNUEE and CEEB. Previously, JNU itself used to conduct two of its entrance exams for admission purpose. While qualifying JNUEE, a candidate gets to pursue any graduate, postgraduate, MPhil and Ph.D. and by qualifying CEEB, a candidate gets to pursue any Biotechnology course from Jawarharlal Nehru University, New Delhi.
