The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the application form for All India Ayush Post Graduate Entrance Test (AIAPGET) 2021 yesterday for admitting students to the various postgraduate AYUSH courses. Candidates must visit aiapget.nta.ac.in to get every necessary information regarding the examination.
The last date for submitting the application forms via the same website is August 21, 2021. Candidates can make successful transactions via online modes till 11:50 PM on August 21, 2021. Moreover, corrections in the application form will be entertained from August 23, 2021 to August 25, 2021. As of now, the dates for downloading the admit cards and the examination have not been announced.
The steps for filling the online application form are as follows:
Step 1- Visit aiapget.nta.ac.in and click on the tab that reads ‘All India AYUSH Post Graduate Entrance Test 2021’.
Step 2- Click on ‘New Registration’ and read the details and application procedure to proceed to the Registration Form.
Step 3- Insert the details like name, parents’ name, nationality, permanent address, contact details like phone number and email ID, etc.
Step 4- Provide the qualification details and note down the system-generated application number.
Step 5- Now, upload scanned copies of the candidate’s photograph, signature and PwD certificate (if applicable).
Step 6- Lastly, pay the required application fee and keep a proof of the fee payment details. Note that candidate’s will only be successful only after the successful transaction of the application fee.
The examination fee for the General (UR) and OBC category candidates is Rs 2700. Similarly, the General (EWS) category students have to pay Rs 2450, SC/ST/PwD candidates have to pay Rs 1800 and the candidates belonging to the third gender category must pay Rs 1800 as the application fee.
The AIAPGET 2021 is going to be a Computer Based Test (CBT) and will be held for a duration of 2 hours, i.e. 120 minutes. It will be held in two shifts. The first shift will start from 10 AM and end by 12 Noon while the second shift will be held from 3 PM to 5 PM. Only the Ayurveda examination will be conducted in the first shift and Homeopathy, Siddha and Unani examination will be held in the second shift.
