National Rural Infrastructure Development Agency has published notification for recruitment to 3 vacancies. NRIDA is inviting applications through authorised channels and will be accepting them until December 31, 2019.
There is 1 vacancy each in the posts of Director (Project / Technical), Joint Director (Project / Technical), and Chartered Accountant. The first two will be filled on deputation basis initially for a period of 2 years. Recruitment for the third position is an engagement purely on contract basis, initially for a period of 1 year as an consultant.
Director post is a level 14 post in terms of pay level. Joint director is in level 13 A. Chartered accountant position is eligible for Rs 80,000 to Rs 1,00,000 consolidated payment per month. For the last one, candidates must have experience in dealing with accounting and financial matters pertaining to multilateral agencies like World Bank, Asian Development Bank.
NRIDA recruitment 2019 application form for deputation has to be submitted through proper channels, along with cadre clearance, vigilance clearance certificate, certified copies of APARs for the last 5 years. Those will apply for the CA post must also provide a detailed CV as well. Also it may be noted that for CA post, application can be submitted in the format that is available on the website.

Director post is open for candidates who hold regular analogous post in pay matrix 14 of 7th CPC (pre-revised Pay Band-4 with Rs 10,000 Grade Pay); or post of Chief Engineer or equivalent of Central/State Governments in Matrix 13A as per 7th CPC Pay Band-4 with Grade Pay Rs.8,900 or Associate Professor of Indian Universities/ Institutes in Pay Band-4 with Academic Grade Pay Rs.9,000 with minimum two years regular service in the grade; or post of Superintending Engineer or equivalent of Central/ State Governments Pay Band-4 with Grade Pay Rs.8700 with minimum of 4 years regular service in the grade.
The joint director post is for those who hold analogous post in Pay Matrix 13A of 7th CPC (prerevised Pay Band-4 with Rs 8,900 Grade Pay); or post of Superintending Engineer or equivalent of Central/State Governments in Pay Band-4 with Grade Pay Rs.8700 with minimum 2 years regular service in the grade; or post of Superintending Engineer or equivalent of Central/State Governments in Pay Band-4 with Grade Pay Rs. 7600 with minimum 4 years regular service in the grade; or post of Executive Engineer (EE) or equivalent for at least 7 years.
Whereas the position of CA is open for candidates who are registered with ICAI, have a verifiable track record, at least 8 years of professional working experience particularly under regulatory reporting framework of financial statements in compliance with relevant GAAP and auditing under relevant GAAS.
