New Indian Assurance Limited has released the NIACL AO Notification at newindia.co.in. The NIACL has announced 312 vacancies for the post of Administrative Officer in various department. The candidates who are interested can fill the application form from December 10 to 26, 2018. The application fee for NIACL AO is Rs. 600/- for unserved candidates and Rs. 100/- for SC/ ST / PWBD candidates.
In total vacancies, the major no of vacancies are for the post of Generalist (245) and the least number of vacancies are set for Company Secretary (02 vacancies). For each post, the eligibility criteria laid by the authorities are different except age limit. The all posts the candidates whose age between 21 to 30 years are eligible to apply.
For Company Secretary the candidates should have the ACS/FCS from ICSI and Graduation /Postgraduation with the aggregate marks of 60%. And for Legal the candidates with graduation or post graduation in Law with 60% marks are eligible to apply. For the post of Finance & Accounts, the candiadtse should have passed the CA and Bachelor’s or masters degree or MBA / PGDM with minimum 60% marks.
The recruitment of the candidates will be done through the 3 phase examination scheme. The phase I examination is scheduled to be held on January 30, 2019, and phase II examination will be held on March 02, 2019.
At first, the candidate has to qualify the phase I examination which is objective in nature. The paper will have 100 questions from English, Reasoning and quantitative ability. The Company will select candidates equal to 15 times of vacancy for the main examination.
The phase II examinations objective and descriptive type examination. The duration of the phase II examination is 02 hour 30 minutes. In which the Objective part will be of 02 hours, and the questions will be asked from Reasoning, English Comprehension, General Awareness, and Quantitative Aptitude subjects. The descriptive part of phase II examination will be 30 marks to be completed in 30 minutes. The candidates have to write one letter of 10 marks and one essay of 20 marks. The language of the descriptive test will be English only.
The phase III in the examination scheme of NIACL AO is an interview. As of now, there are no dates for the conduction of interview.
