NHB Recruitment 2021 Notification out for Scale 1, 2, 4; Apply Online from 1 to 30 Dec

NHB Recruitment 2021

The National Housing Bank (NHB) has released a recruitment notice for the post of officers under three scales namely 1, 2 and 4. However, the official recruitment notice is yet to be available on the NHB’s website – nhb.org.in. Applications are invited for Assistant Manager (Scale 1), Deputy Manager (Scale 2) and Regional Manager Risk Management (Scale 4). A total of 17 vacancies will be filled via this recruitment drive.

However, please note that the number of vacancies is provisional and is likely to increase or decrease depending on the bank’s actual requirements. Here is a detailed breakup of the total vacancies.

Online applications for the concerned posts will commence on December 01, 2021 and end on December 30, 2021. For details such as the eligibility criteria (age, educational qualification, post qualification experience, etc.), submission of application forms, examination scheme, etc. candidates are advised to keep an eye on the detailed advertisement that will be released tomorrow, i.e. December 01, 2021. Before starting with the application process, it is advised to go through the eligibility criteria.

As per previous year’s data, the age limit for Assistant Manager is not below 21 years and not above 30 years. Candidates belonging to SC and ST categories received an age relaxation of 05 years while those belonging to OBC (NCL) category got relaxation up to 03 years. The minimum academic qualification for this post required the candidate to hold a bachelor’s degree in any discipline with 60% marks.

Similarly, for the post of Deputy Manager, the maximum age limit for the candidates was 30 years. Just like Assistant Manager, candidates belonging to SC and ST categories received an age relaxation of 05 years while those belonging to OBC (NCL) category got relaxation up to 03 years. Although the candidate applying for this post had to be a graduate in any discipline, the desirable qualification was MBA (Finance). They also required 02 years’ experience in banks.

Now, for Regional Manager (Risk Management), the minimum age requirement was 30 years and the maximum was 45 years. The age relaxation for reserved categories was the same as that of Assistant Manager and Deputy Manager. Applying candidates were required to hold graduate degrees with professional qualifications in financial risk management. It was mandatory for them to hold 02 years’ work experience in corporate credit and risk management at the level of Manager (Scale 2).

These eligibility criteria is based on the previous year data. They may or may not remain the same this year. Candidates are advised to go through the detailed advertisement as and when it is released on nhb.org.in.
