The National Board of Examinations will release the NEET PG 2019 Application Form today at 6:00 PM. The form will be available for those candidates who are wishing to take admission in any of the postgraduate programmes such as MD / MS / PG Diploma. The registration will begin from November 02, 2018. Candidates will be able to fill the form at nbe.edu.in. The registrations will be closed on November 22, 2018, at 11:55 pm.
On the homepage of the NBE PG website, the link will be available for NEET PG 2019 Application Form. For the new registrations, the candidates will have to follow a total of 6 steps. The NEET 2019 aspirants will have to do the registrations by submitting the basic details. After that, the candidates will get the username and the password (for further login). Other than that, the candidates will have to upload the images, submit the personal details, educational information, the date of the exam, payment of the application fee and at last, confirm and submit the information.
The application fee for the General and OBC category candidates is Rs. 3750 and for the SC/ ST/PWD category candidates, it is Rs. 2750. To pay the application fee, the candidates can use any of the online payment modes such as Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Net Banking etc.
Who can Apply for NEET PG 2019?
Before filling the form, it is mandatory for the candidates to know the NEET PG 2019 Eligibility Criteria. Candidates who are possessing MBBS degree or Provisional MBBS pass certificate of the Indian Medical Council Act 1956. It is necessary for the candidates to have the one-year internship before March 31, 2018.
For the foreign national candidates, it is not compulsory to have the temporary registration with MCI. After the request, MCI may grant temporary registration for the duration of the Post Graduate course to the candidates after the submission of the registration fee. But for this, the candidates must be registered with appropriate registering authority from the country.
NEET PG 2019 Exam
The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test Post Graduate (NEET-PG) will be held on January 06, 2019. It will be a computer-based test. There will be multiple choice questions in the test. Candidates will have to attempt 300 questions and the time will be given of 3 hours 30 minutes. The question paper will be provided in the English language only.
For each correct answer, the candidates will be awarded 4 marks. 1 mark will be deducted on every wrong answer. No mark will be given for the unattempted question.
The declaration of the exam result will be on January 31, 2019.
