Today is the last date for the candidates to edit details in the NEET 2019 Application Form. NTA had started the online form correction facility from January 14, 2019, at ntaneet.nic.in. The candidates were allowed to edit/ change/ modify details in their Application Form. The candidates can correct discrepancies if any in their application form today till 11:50 PM.
For NEET 2019 Application Form Correction, the candidates have to visit the official website and then click on the “One-time Form Correction” link on the left side of the page. Next, the candidates need to log in by entering their Application Number and Password. In the next screen, click on the relevant link for NEET form correction. The application form of the candidates will appear on the screen and the candidates can edit their details.
Now, there are few important instructions which is to be noted by the Candidates. If an applicant wishes to make corrections in the Gender and category details, then they will have to pay the additional fee, The candidates can edit all the details in the Application Form, except for Mobile Number and Email ID. Also, there is no provision for the candidates to upload images in the Application Form.
One of the major concerns for the students was that they have uploaded their Photograph without name and date for clicking the picture. In such a case, the NTA has mentioned at its official website, if a candidate has uploaded such an image, their Application Form will not be rejected. Also, candidates who have uploaded their photograph without white background are acceptable.
Once the form correction process is over, the NTA will then issue the NEET 2019 Admit Card to the registered candidates. It will be issued online and can be downloaded from the official website. No hard copy of the Admit Card will be send to the candidates. The Admit Card for NEET UG 2019 will be available for download from April 15, 2019. The entrance exam is scheduled to be held on May 05, 2019.
NEET UG 2019 is a national level entrance exam which is being conducted by NTA. It will be conducted in offline mode and in a single shift only. The question paper for NEET 2019 is available in 11 languages which are English, Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Marathi, Oriya, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu. The entrance exam is of 03 hours duration and consist of 180 MCQ type questions. The test will be divided into three sections and the questions will be asked from subjects, Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
