NATA 2019 Application Form Released; Know the Process to Apply!

NATA 2019 Registration Started

The Council of Architecture (COA) has released the NATA 2019 Application Form. The application form has been released on January 24, 2019, at 10:00 AM. NATA  2019 is going to be conducted twice a year. The candidates can register for NATA 2019 First exam and Second exam from today onwards. The registration can be done online at nata.in.

The Application Form for NATA 2019 is broadly divided into 3 categories – Registration, Fill in details and upload images, and lastly payment of the fee. The students first have to register online by entering their personal details. To register online, the candidates need to enter their name as it appears in the Class 10 certificate, email id, mobile number, etc. The students should check that the details entered in the registration form are correct as they shall not be allowed to edit/ change any details submitted in the registration form thereafter.

Now, once the registration is done, the candidates can proceed to fill in details in the NATA 2019 Application Form. They have to fill in their Persoanl information, choose the exam, select the test center preference, fill in their academic details, etc.

After filling in all the necessary details in the NATA 2019 Application Form, the students can proceed to the next step which is uploading the images. The candidates have to upload the scanned images of their passport size color photograph and signature. The images are to be uploaded in JPEG / JPG format only. The dimensions for the photograph are 4.5 cm x 3.5 cm and the file size is between 4 KB – 100 KB. Likewise, the dimension as per which the candidates need to upload the signature is 1.5 cm x 3.5 cm and the file size should be between 1 KB – 30 KB.

Lastly, the candidates need to pay the application fee. If a candidate has chosen to apply for either first or second test, then they have to pay an amount of  Rs.1800/- (In case of SC/ST category, the amount is Rs.1500/-). If candidates are applying for both the first and second tests then they have to pay Rs 3,500 (In case of SC/ST category, the amount is Rs 2,800). Candidates who are applying from Outside India, need to pay Rs 10,000 if they are applying for either of the first or second tests and Rs 18,000 for both the tests. The application fee is payable by Online mode only using Credit card/ Debit card/ Net banking.

Candidates can upload the scanned images and pay the Application Fee for the first exam till March 15, 2019, and for the Second exam, they can do so by June 15, 2019. The Correction Window for the First exam opens from March 12 – 15, 2019. The Application Form Correction Window opens for the Second exam from June 15 – 17, 2019.

To apply for NATA 2019, candidates must have passed 10+2 with the subjects Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. Candidates must have obtained 50% marks in the subjects Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics individually or when taken together.

NATA is national level entrance examination which is conducted to grant admission into B.Arch Degree. The first exam is going to take place in April, so candidates can apply for it till March 11, 2019. On the other hand, for the candidates who are going to appear for the Second exam, they can register till June 12, 2019. The First Test is going to take place on April 14, 2019 and the Second Test is going to take place on July 07, 2019.
