NATA 2018 Results was to be declared today, i.e. on 01 June 2018. But, it has been delayed and will now be declared on June 04 2018. Therefore, candidates waiting for their NATA 2018 result must check for their scores as per the official dates on the website of NATA, http://www.nata.in.
NATA 2018 was held on April 29, 2018, from 09.30 AM to 12.30 PM. The Council of Architecture conducted the examination across the nation and also in Dubai.
This year many candidates faced confusion regarding the fact that they had attempted the drawing questions but did not mark it in the online mode. That is they did not select the “mark as answered” option in part B online. Thus, after contacting COA, about this issue, the authorities had replied that the drawing sheets will be evaluated even if the candidates did not select the “mark as answered” option in part B online.
In 2017, a total of 42,098 candidates had registered for the examination and out of which 37,246 had appeared in the test. Out of the appeared candidates, 24,540 candidates had qualified. Also, students should note that the scorecard of NATA 2018 will be valid only for the academic session of 2018-19.
The Results will be available online on the official website of NATA, nata.in. To check the result candidates have to enter the application number and password. The result will appear on the screen, which the candidates need to download. The hardcopy of the NATA 2018 Result will be needed in the counselling rounds.
The scorecard of NATA 2018 will contain the name of the candidate, roll number, registration number, marks in each section, total marks, merit secured and the percentile marks. The authority will normalise the marks to ensure that correct merit position is provided to each candidate. To calculate the score, marking scheme of NATA 2018 will be used.
To qualify the examination candidates need to secure minimum marks in each section. candidates need to secure 25% marks each Part A and Part B. That is candidates need to score 30 out of 120 in Part A and 20 out of 80 in Part B.
COA does not allow re-evaluation of marks. Thus, there is no provision of re-checking in NATA 2018.
This, year candidates said overall the NATA 2018 paper was good, although aptitude section was a bit tough as it required in-depth knowledge. Overall the examination went well for many candidates. The analysis of maximum candidates said that the paper was pretty good.
The National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) assesses the aptitude of the candidates for the specific field of study of Architecture. NATA evaluates the candidates on the basis of their drawing skills, observation skills, sense of proportion, aesthetic sensitivity and critical thinking ability.

I got good marks in jee mains paper 2 but nata scores are so disappointing… I got 76 in part a and 13 in part b… Which is too below to my expectations… And considered me failed which leads to end to my dream which is to be architect… I spend my whole one year preparing nata.. And got this as a result….. Strong steps should be taken … Grace marks should be provided so that at least we can take admission in college
