MPPSC 2020 Notification For Assistant Director Releases, Age Limit Counted From 1 Jan

Registration will start this week, and the window will remain open for a total of 30 days.

Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission (MPPSC) has published the recruitment notification for Assistant Director in Kisan Kalyan and Krishi Vikas, Kshetra and Vistar. For this post, the commission has identified 37 vacancies.

The state’s premier recruitment body invites candidates with B.Sc Agriculture with either PG degree or diploma in agriculture, or candidates with bachelor of engineering in agriculture, with relevant class as prescribed. Prescribed age limit is between 21 to 40 years, as on January 1, 2020.

Online application form for the recruitment will be available from November 8, 2019, to December 7, 2019 at mponline.gov.in, mppscdemo.in, mppsc.nic.in, and mppsc.com. Application form correction facility will be available from November 15, 2019, to December 9, 2019. For corrections, candidates will have to pay Rs 50.

During corrections, if candidates change category from reserved to unreserved, then they have to pay the excess Rs 1250. However in case of the other way round, the excess fee they have paid will not be refunded.

Registration fee to be charged by MPPSC is Rs 1250 for MP domicile candidates who belong to SC, ST, OBC, PH category. Whereas candidates of any other category from MP, as well as candidates from outside the state have to pay Rs 2500.

MPPSC 2020 recruitment for assistant director post is for a total of 37 vacancies. These vacancies are divided vertically among categories as 17 for unreserved, 5 for SC, 2 for ST, 9 for OBC, 4 for EWS. In the given vacancies, some seats are reserved for women which are 6 for unreserved, 2 for SC, 1 for ST, 3 for OBC, and 1 for EWS. Between physically handicapped persons, the vacancies division stand at 2 for VH, 1 for HH.

In order to apply, candidates will have to visit the website, register, fill details in form, and pay fee.

The commission will conduct a written exam for the purpose of selection. Syllabus for the same is provided at mppscdemo.in, mppsc.nic.in, and mppsc.com. The number of candidates that will be shortlisted for interview and document verification will be equal to 3 times the number of vacancies. Candidates will have to get at least 30% in each part of the paper in order to qualify.

On the same websites where syllabus is available, there, MPPSC will provide answer keys of the written exam as well after exam. Candidates will be invited to submit objections against them within 7 days, against a fee of Rs 100 + Rs 40. Thr Rs 40 are portal charges, which are applicable above the exam fee also at the time of registration.

Soon after this recruitment, the notification for MPPSC 2020 state service exam is anticipated. The exam at par with civil services exam, is held for the posts of deputy collector, deputy superintendent of police, commercial tax officer, district jail commissioner. Details of the same, for next recruitment are yet awaited.

The assistant director post, advertised now, is eligible for pay scale Rs 15,600 – Rs 39,100 + Rs 5,400 grade pay. These posts are second grade gazetted officers.
