Madhya Pradesh Agency for Promotion of Information Technology is going to end the MP CPCT 2022 registration today. The application process commenced on February 05, 2022, on the official website, mponline.gov.in. MP CPCT (Computer Proficiency Certification Test) is conducted multiple times in a year to provide certifications to candidates who pass the test. This year, the entrance exam is scheduled to be held from March 04 to 06, 2022.
Candidates who clear the MP CPCT examination are providing the certifications of qualifying the computer proficiency and typing. Using this certificate, they can apply for various jobs in the Assistant Grade-3/ IT Operator/ Data Entry operators/ Typist notified by the Madhya Pradesh government. The certificate is going to remain valid for 7 years from the date of issuing the same. The basic eligibility for applying for the MP CPCT 2022 is having passed class 10th from a recognised board with passing marks.
MP CPCT 2022 – how to register
Candidates can check out the steps below to register for the exam this year:
Step 1: Visit the official website of MP CPCT, mponline.gov.in
Step 2: Click on the registration form link available on the homepage and fill the same with details such as Adhaar card number, candidate’s name, mobile number, date of birth, email id, and captcha code.
Step 3: After this, fill in the educational details, work experience details, preferred exam city, centre, date of exam, and move to the upload section.
Step 4: Next, upload the scanned copies of the photo, signature, class 10th and 12th mark sheet on the application form.
Step 5: Pay the application form fee using any of the online payment methods as available on the payment page and submit the application form.
The prescribed application form fee is INR 660 for all the candidates irrespective of their categories. The size limit applicable for the photograph and signature is 80 KB whereas the same for class 10th and 12th mark sheet is 150 KB.
Exam Pattern and Syllabus
The selection process of MP CPCT is going to have two levels i.e. written examination and typing test. The written examination is a 2 hours computer-based test having 75 questions in the multiple-choice based mode. The questions are going to be from subjects, Familiarity with computer systems, Basic Computer Operations, Reading Comprehension, Mathematical & Reasoning Aptitude, and General Awareness. Candidates who clear the written examination shall be called to appear in the typing test that is going to be held for 15 minutes.
The questions in the exam from the topics mentioned in the syllabus include topics such as Familiarity with computer systems, Knowledge of Basic Computer Operations, Proficiency in general IT skills, Reading Comprehension, Mathematical & Reasoning Aptitude, and General Awareness.
