Few Days Left for MICAT 2019 Registration; Apply Until 20 November

Mudra Institute of Communications (MICA), Ahmedabad will close the MICAT 2019 Registration on November 20, 2018. Candidates who are interested in the Post Graduate Programme in Management – Communication (PGDM-C) must apply before the last date. The Application form for MICAT 2019 is available online at mica.ac.in. The exam date for MICA 2019 is December 01, 2018. Students interested in MICAT (II) can register from January 03, 2019.

The application fee for MICAT (I) 2019 is Rs. 1985/- for all the candidates. Candidates who have a minimum of a three-year bachelor degree are eligible to apply. Even final year graduation students can also apply for the exam. Importantly, candidates who are aspiring to appear for MICAT must also appear for CAT/XAT/GMAT exam. So, students must keep track of the deadline for these exams also.

In the initial step of registration, candidates must provide the name, email address, and mobile number to get the login credentials. With the help of user id and password, candidates can access the application form. It is divided into four section comprising General Information, Qualification Details, entrance exam scores, and fee payment. Students must have to apply via atleast one exam among CAT/ XAT/ GMAT. Also, need to enter the registration details of these exams. Scores in the exams could be uploaded once their result is announced.

The exam pattern for MICAT is quite different from other entrance examinations. Apart from Analytical & Verbal Ability, Logical Reasoning, and General Awareness, the test also has sections naming Descriptive Test, Psychometric Test, and Divergent Thinking. For the better preparation of the exam, candidates can refer to the sample papers available on the official website of MICA.

The Admit Card for MICAT 2019 will release on November 26, 2018. On the exam day, remember to carry the copy of the admit card, identity proof etc. Importantly, read the important instructions available on the admit card. After the result announcement of MICAT, the selection process will commence from February 19, 2019, for all the candidates who have cleared MICAT I/II.

About MICAT: The MICA Admission Test (MICA) is a computer-based test conducted for admission in PGDM-C programme. The programme is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and the Association of Indian University (AIU). The programme is based on communication and community outreach focusing on training future leaders with the right education.

Apart from PGDM-C, MICA also offers Crafting Creative Communication (CCC) and Fellowship Programme in Management (FPM). The registration for both are also open and the last date to register is 10 and 28 February 2019 respectively.
