MBA CET 2019 Registration Closing Soon

State Common Entrance Test Cell of Maharashtra is closing the MBA CET 2019 Registration on February 15, 2019. For the successful completion of the MAH CET application process, candidates must pay the application fee and submit the form before the last day. The form for MBA CET has been available at cetcell.mahacet.org. The application fee for the reserved category students of the Maharashtra state is Rs 800/- and for the rest is Rs 1000/-

In order to apply for the exam, candidates must fulfill the eligibility criteria as laid by the exam conducting body. The basic criteria include that applicants must have a minimum of three-year graduation degree. Also, it is required to have at least 50% (45% for reserved category) aggregate or equivalent in graduation. Candidates from outside Maharashtra can also apply for MBA CET 2019.

Candidates can also take admission to management institutes of Maharashtra via CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ ATMA/ GMAT/ CMAT scores. Such candidates can appear for the computer-based examination or can directly take part in the counselling process conducted by DTE Maharashtra. The registration for this round will start later in the month of June 2019. Candidates who will apply for MBA CET 2019 will not have to register for Counselling process separately.

5 Reasons to Apply for MBA CET 2019

First, there is no negative marking the MBA CET entrance test. So, there is no restriction in attempting the number of questions in the exam. There are a total of 200 questions in the test that needs to be attempted in the time limit of 150 minutes.

5 REASONS TO APPLY FOR MBA CET 2019

The second advantage of appearing for MBA CET is that there is even no sectional limit in the exam. Candidates can attempt any section in any order as per their choice. There are four sections in the exam naming abstract reasoning, logical reasoning, quantitative ability, and verbal ability & reading comprehension.

Third, the difficulty level of the exam. As compared to other national level exams like CAT, XAT etc, the difficulty of the exam is easier. Last year, topper got the 165 marks out of 200. So, in order to score high in this examination be acquainted with the exam pattern and solve as many mocks as possible.

Fourth, is the number of colleges that accept MBA CET Scores. There are more than 300-400 colleges that take admission via this examination. The famous colleges that accept MBA CET are JBIMS, SIMSREE, Welingkar, ITM, PUMBA, Bharti Vidhyapeeth, N.l Dalmia, SIES etc.

Fifth is the Centralized Admission Process (CAP). Admission via MBA CET takes place through counselling round. Candidates will get admission via as per the order of ranking in the examination. There are no interview and group discussion rounds for the candidates who are opting to take admission via the DTE MBA CAP procedure.
