MAT Result 2019 Releasing on 28 Feb

All India Management Association (AIMA) is releasing Management Aptitude Test (MAT) 2019 Result on 28 February. Candidates who have appeared for the exam will able to check their February session result at aima.in. In this session, AIMA conducted the exam in three phases on February 17, 23, & 24, 2019.

In order to check the MAT 2019 Result, test takers will need to enter the registration and roll number as provided by the AIMA. The exam conducting body does not release the exam result at the candidates’ login which is currently available at the official website. It activates the separate link which will work only to download the MAT Feb Result.

MAT February 2019 Result Date

As per the February Session Bulletin available on the official website, the MAT Score will be available on 28 February (Thursday). Also, AIMA releases the MAT Result in the last week of the month in which the exam took place. However, candidates can also expect a delay of 1-2 days. As the exam is over on 24th and the exam conducting body generally takes 5-10 days to finalize the result. If it publishes on 28th, then it is expected to release 3 PM onwards.

The MAT 2019 Result will consist of details such as candidates’ roll number, name, percentile in each section and composite score. The general awareness section scores are not considered while evaluating the final result. The raw scores are calculated out of 160 but AIMA scales the scores in which each mark has a weight-age of 5. Thus, candidates will get composite scores between 199-801.

Previously, AIMA used to dispatch the MAT Scorecard via Post. Now there is no provision as such, candidates need to download the result online only. Aspirants can also use the SMS service to know their final result. Once the February Result is available, students can use the same to participate in any of the 279 management institutes accepting MAT Feb scores.

After the announcement of Result, AIMA will send the scores to the institutes selected by students. On the basis of the scores and cut-off, these B-schools will intimate candidates on their registered email-id for the next round of selection process. The admission process shall include Written Ability Test, Group Discussion, and Personal Interview. Candidates must visit the official website of the institutes to know the exact process.

In case, candidates haven’t selected a particular college in the form and still wishes to apply. Then, visit its official website and fill the college’s application form (if available) using the MAT 2019 Result. In order to improve scores, candidates can also apply for MAY MAT session, registration for which will start in the month of March 2019.
