Maulana Azad Education Foundation, MAEF, Ministry of Minority Affairs is inviting applications in offline mode for recruitment to the post of manager, assistant manager and associate. Candidates can apply against a total of 13 vacancies. The last date of receipt of the application form is December 31, 2019.
As mentioned in the notification, from the total vacancies, 3 are for the position of manager, 5 are for assistant manager and rest 5 are for an associate position. MAEF is recruiting these job roles in the field of research & institutional building, administration and finance. The recruitment will be done on a contractual basis.
Maulana Azad Education Foundation requires that to be eligible for the post of manager, one should be a postgraduate with 7 years of experience in relevant field with 3 years in the managerial post. For the assistant manager, a post-graduate is needed with 5 years of experience. Similarly if one is applying for the associate position, then he/she should be a graduate with 1 to 3 years of experience.
However, these educational and work experience criteria are for the non-government officials only and for the government officials, MAEF has laid down another set of eligibility criteria in accordance with the different position.
Though the age limit bar is same for both the non-official professional and government officials. For the post of a manager the age limit prescribed is 35-50 years. Similarly for the post of the assistant manager, the age of a candidate must lie in 30-45 years. The same for the associate is 25-40 years.

MAEF has instructed the candidates to send the filled-in application form to “ The Secretary & Chief Executive Officer, MAEF, Maulana Azad Campus, Chelmsford Road, New Delhi-110055”. The last date announced by the MAEF for accepting the application form is December 31, 2019.
The foundation has made the provision for the candidates to apply form more than one post. For the same purpose, candidates have to send the separate applications for each post separately either through post or by hand.
All selected candidates for the post of an associate, assistant manager and manager will get a fixed salary of Rs. 30,000. Rs. 55,000 and Rs. 65,000 respectively with getting additional allowances such as house rent, travel, medical, children education allowances and employee provident fund.
