LIC Housing Finance Limited is inviting application form in online mode for recruitment to the post of the assistant manager, legal. Eligible candidates can fill the form against a total of 35 vacancies. LIC is accepting the applications until December 16, 2019. For the selection of the eligible candidates, an online examination on January 27, 2020, shall be conducted.
The vacancies have arisen in 17 different states and union territory. Candidates after selection will be posted in the specific states in accordance with the seat availability in that particular state and territory.
LIC HFL wants that, to be eligible for the post of the assistant manager, one must be an Indian national and hold a bachelors degree in law (LLB) with a minimum of 55% marks. Along with the educational qualification, computer proficiency and knowledge of computer skills are also mandatory.
Moreover, LIC HFL has also set the age limit for the candidate to be stated eligible for assistant manager. The prescribed age limit is to have a minimum age of 23 years and maximum of 30 years. The cut-off date for the evaluation of eligibility criteria is January 1, 2019.

Select the link stating “recruitment of assistant manager legal”. Open the link and fill in the details in the application form.
Against the submission of the form, LIC HFL charges Rs. 500 as an application fee from all the applicants. The same has to be paid in online mode only using debit cards, credit cards, net banking, IMPS, mobile wallets etc.
Selection procedure of the LIC HFL for selecting an assistant manager comprises of an online test and interview and a medical examination after the selection. Online examination will be of objective type having a total of 200 MCQs. The total paper of 200 marks has to be completed in a time duration of 120 minutes. Paper will be set in english language only having sections of english language, logical reasoning, general awareness and professional knowledge respectively. LIC HIFL online paper follows a marking scheme of +1 and -0.25 i.e for every wrong answer negative marking will be done on a set scale of 0.25 marks.
For calling for the interview round, as per the guidelines, LIC HFL reserves the right to fix, either a minimum sectional cut-off or as a whole for an entire paper. It must be noted that the first 3 sections of the exam are of qualifying nature and LIC will prepare the merit list solely based on the professional knowledge section marks.
According to the recruitment policies, candidates will be subjected to documents verification at the time of an interview. The final selection for the assistant manager will be done on the marks obtained in professional knowledge and interview.
The selected assistant manager will be hired for a probation period of 1 year and it can further be extended as per the policies and rules. LIC HFL will pay a starting basic salary of Rs. 32,185 plus allowances, which make the total salary to Rs. 56,000, to the selected candidates.
