LIC Housing Finance Limited has released notification for recruitment 2019. The recruitment is for three posts namely Assistants, Associates, and Assistant Managers. Vacancies in these posts are respectively 125, 75, and 100. Thus there are overall 300 vacancies in LIC HFL recruitment 2019. Whereas notification pdf was published today, the online application form will be available from tomorrow that is August 8.
Interested and eligible job seekers may register and submit the form by August 26, at lichousing.com. Thereafter they can download call letters from September 9. The online exam for all three posts is tentatively scheduled to be held on either of the two dates September 9 or 10.
Lower age limit for all three posts is 21 years, and upper age limit is 28 years as on January 1. That is candidates born between 02.01.1991 and 01.01.1998 can only apply. Computer skills are also a requirement for this LIC HFL recruitment.
Graduates with 55% marks can apply for Assistants posts. Graduates with 60% marks and CA-Inter cleared can apply for Associate posts. Whereas graduates with 60% marks and any of the 2-year courses MBA, MMS, PGDBA, PGDBM, PGPM, PGDM with 60% can apply for Assistant Manager.
The LIC HFL online application form 2019 needs to be filled at lichousing.com. There, one has to click on careers, then go to job opportunities, and open the page for recruitment of assistants / associates / assistant managers, and click on apply online. All details asked in the form need to filled in correctly and documents asked for should also be uploaded. Photograph and signature will have to be uploaded in required format. Upon completing the process, applicants are provided with registration number and password.
Application fee to apply for the recruitment is Rs 500 plus 18% for GST. The amount can be paid online via credit card, debit card, internet banking, IMPS, cash card, mobile wallets.
Selection process will comprise of online exam and interview. The online exam shall be conducted at Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha, Assam, Sikkim, Tripura, West Bengal, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Delhi, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Rajasthan, Chandigarh, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Kerala, Puducherry, Tamil Nadu, Goa, Gujarat, Maharashtra.
Online exam will have 50 questions of 50 marks each from english language, logical reasoning, general awareness, numerical ability (for Assistant and Associate) / quantitative aptitude (for Assistant Manager). Time allotted for each section will be 35, 35, 15, 35 minutes respectively. Negative marking of 0.25 marks per incorrect answer shall also be applicable.
Remuneration of Assistant, Associate, and Assistant Manager will respectively be around Rs. 23,870, Rs. 35,960, and Rs. 56,000. It is important to note that Assistant and Associates selection shall be on basis of region-wise merit, whereas that for Assistant Manager will be as per all India merit. By the same token, candidates who wish to seek position of Assistant or Associate can apply from one region only, whereas Assistant Manager posting can be anywhere in India.
