The CET Cell of Government of Maharashtra as released the MAH CET Admit Card 2019 on March 01, 2019. The admit card will be available for download until March 10, 2019. The MBA CET 2019 exam date is March 09 and 10, 2019. Since the exam is only 1 week away, one must know all the important guidelines to follow in the exam hall.
To be eligible for admission in MBA courses in various state colleges in Maharashtra like MIT World Peace University, JBIMS, SIMSREE, PUMBA etc., candidates have to qualify MBA CET 2019. Therefore it is also important to look into a few last minute preparation tips too.
MBA CET 2019 Admit Card is available at cetcell.mahacet.org. To get the admit card the registered candidates have to enter their registration number/ roll number and password/ date of birth in the login page.
The admit card is to be taken at the MBA CET 2019 exam centre along with a valid photo Id proof in original. A valid id proof includes PAN Card, Passport, Voter’s Card, Employee ID, Bar Council Identity Card, Aadhaar/ EAadhaar Card, Permanent Driving Licence, Bank Passbook with a photograph, Photo identity proof issued by a Gazetted Officer/ People’s Representative, Valid recent Identity Card issued by a recognized College/University.
However, it is to be kept in mind that Ration Card or a Learning Driving Licence is not acceptable at the exam centres as a valid Id proof.
The candidates have to paste a photo in the admit car after taking its print. The admit card will have space for this purpose. On that space, a photo preferably the same as the one uploaded in the admit card must be pasted. The candidates have to also carry one extra photograph and a ballpoint pen at the exam centre. Persons with Disabilities (PWD) should bring a PwD certificate and duly filled Scribe form.
The details that the admit card will have are Candidates Name, Roll Number, Test Venue and Date, Date of Birth, Category, space for Photograph, and Signature.
Last Minute Tips For MBA CET 2019
#1 Know the important topics: Each section in the exam has some important topics that carry the maximum marks. The Logical / Abstract Reasoning section includes important topics like Symbol-based Comparison, Linear and Circular Arrangement, Direction, Sequential Output etc. Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension section have important topics like Antonyms, Comprehension of passages, Fill in the blanks, Grammar, Vocabulary etc. Quantitative Aptitude section has important topics like Arithmetic, Algebra, Geometry, Mensuration, Probability etc.
#2 Solve previous years question and take mock tests: Practice by solving the previous year’s questions and also look at the previous year question papers. In this way, you will come to know the type of questions being asked related to that topic. Online mock test will help you build confidence. Mock tests also help with time management. Solve at least 1 mock every day and analyze your performance.
#3 Avoid stress: It is a common factor among the candidates. In stress, we tend to forget the important points and notes that are crucial. The panic attack in the last minute must be avoided. In case the stress overburdens, one must relax and keep themselves diverted for a while.
#4 Make a strategy for the D-Day: For the exam day, you must have a strategy beforehand. Plan which section you are most confident in and plan to attempt that section first. Thereafter, on the exam day, make sure to attempt the questions that you find easy first and then go ahead for the difficult ones. Plan how you are going to divide your time.
#5 Make a 1-week plan: Since 1 week is left for the exam, make a plan dedicated for each day. Like a day wise goal can be set, wherein you dedicated each day in completing each goal. This way you will be able to utilise the remaining 7 days in the best way possible.
